The food was excellent, but the overall vibe and service left a lot to be desired.When my wife and I arrived, we were promptly seated, but it felt like we were invisible to our waiter for almost 20 minutes. When they finally came over, their interaction was a bit awkward, and was made with one comment , "should I ask you or you first," which made us feel a tad uncomfortable. The waiter didn't bother to ask if we wanted anything to drink, or suggest anything to us. That was basically the extent of the conversation for the meal.Despite the tasty food, the abruptness of dropping the check before we finished eating, without checking in on us or asking if we'd like dessert, left a sour taste in our mouths.As a couple who values inclusivity, we were disappointed by the lack of sensitivity from the staff. While we enjoyed the food, the overall experience fell short. We are a queer couple and have experienced discrimination before, and while we hope this wasn't, it definitely raised some concerns.Obviously this waiter could have been new, or been having a bad day, but it's definitely been some of the worst customer service we've seen in a long time

It seems that handing out incomplete takeout orders is the theme here. Half the order was missing and we live half hour away so we were not going to go back. Appetizers, side dishes, desserts not included. The least you can do is to make sure the order is correct especially when the customer is there waiting for it or, don’t tie the damn bag so tight that it can’t be easily open to check ourselves. I hate when restaurants do this. Had to call after getting home and got a refund on the missing items but jeez, get some mature and competent workers in your establishment. Wished I would have remember to also asked for the tip to be refunded as well. And on top of that, food was so so. Not a place we will be getting food from ever again.

Really the bare minimum you can do is verify the ordered food is in the bag prior to tying up for delivery. Nothing more disappointing than realizing you wasted all the money on delivery and still have to go out and get food because the order was incomplete.

Unfortunately Que Chula does not care about customer service nor quality food considering the price for food. The waitress appeared unbothered and border line rude when told that hair was found in our food. As for the food it appears they but more rice and beans than meat on meals. I would not recommend to eat here, there are other better places

i dined at que chula this saturday and i was quite impressed. the restaurant was filled with impressive ambiance, it had a diverse menu and attentive staff. the service was quick and understanding when i had any questions. definitely will go again!
