Food was pretty much average but service was quick and staff very friendly and helpful. Only having two sauce options was disappointing also although prices were very good. I was expecting much better food and variety after what I had heard of this place but it's really just a favorite in a college town and we know college kids aren't hard to please

I am writing on behalf of the ALPFA chapter from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG), a professional Hispanic business organization. During our recent visit to UNC for a school event, a few of our members (four students) briefly went next door to Zaxby’s for dinner, while the rest of our group remained at your restaurant finishing their meals and drinks.
When we rejoined our group, an employee identified as Joe K. approached us in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner, stating, “You guys did not buy that here—you need to leave. No food, no stay.” Although several of our members were still eating their purchased meals, we decided to avoid conflict and exited the restaurant together.
As we were leaving, the same employee proceeded to mock our group, using offensive and backhanded remarks in Spanish directed toward our Hispanic members. This behavior was deeply disrespectful and discriminatory. Such conduct is unacceptable—especially in a professional and academic environment that values inclusivity and diversity.
We hope that Raising Cane’s will take this incident seriously and ensure that proper action and training are taken to prevent such behavior in the future. We appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your response.

I was here on a normal day 10/07/25 at 11pm in chapel hill. The manager on duty, tall white male, with overgrown beard and black medium length hair, speaking to his team like dogs! Telling them “ oh I’m here till close, ur not, so make sure you don’t use the equipment that has already been cleaned” this was still during business hours, and screamed across the lobby where I can hear him by the mobile pickup area. Everyone was visibly scared with their heads down and did not want us to defend them for fear or retaliation! This is totally unacceptable for a business to be putting someone like this, as the face of their business and brand! He’s more concerned about saving his own time, than treating his team with respect! IS THIS SOMEONE YOU WANT TO REPRESENT RASING CANES?? TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! Fire this man!!!!!!
That is not what a leader should be doing to their team!
