We had fast food chicken which was as good as it gets. It was served in less than 5 minutes.The Chapel Hill location is perfect--on Franklin Street within steps of the UNC campus.

I finally made it to Canes. Meh. Very disappointed. The lobby is small. Line was to the door. The parking is a headache. Homeless people camping out &/or acting crazy outside. The prices were okay. Service was okay. The staff had dropped a cup near where you pick up your orders and the cup & soda remained there. No one picked up the cup or mopped the floor. But the food… ugh. No seasoning. Very bland. The cane sauce was okay. They charged me for switching out the cane sauce in one of my meals.
From the hype and long lines since they opened, I was expecting something very flavorful. I don’t think I’d recommend this place.

We went to Raising Cane's on the way home from a weekend trip. This is one of my sons from CA favorite places. I thought the food was decent but nothing special. Service was quick and pricing was decent. But in my opinion this is nothing special althymu so would disagree.

Food was excellent, very crowded, service was quick. Don't like the fact that they charge for extra sauce. If it's game day or something is going on in the area good luck with parking. I'd like to experience this restaurant in a better location easier to get in and out of without the homeless begging for money as you come and go.

Chicken was still frozen and was very bland, the fries were bland, the bread had mold on it, wanted to try this place out to see what the hype was about, just an overall bad 1st experience. Not to be a Karen but hopefully the next time is better
