Red Bowl WAS on our short list of very favorite places to eat. BUT IT CLOSED ON DECEMBERE 14, 2019! We would go there so often that we went into a period of withdrawal after they closed. Great atmosphere, wonderful food, exceptional service. Still miss everybody three months 3.5 months later! Birthday coming up and no Red Bowl to have birthday meal. SO SAD!
In the upper tier of Chinese restaurants in CH. Consistently uses nice big pieces of fresh vegetables in the entrees and in the rice and lo mein, a differentiator between Red Bowl and other local spots.
This is the best sushi place I found in Chapel Hill. The staff is very friendly and I really like the names of the sushi. Great taste and getting 2 sushi rolls for 15 dollars is a very good deal. The only thing I didn’t like about the place was its fried rice.
