Never open, hours have been incorrect on several occasions.

Fooled by all the reviews for sure… ordered 2 sandwiches, Coffee and a frappe . Both sandwiches were hard as rock and burnt. Coffee and frappe both were worst.

Maybe we were there on an off or bad day. My partner had a sandwich and I had just a drink. The vibe was nothing like the reviews were saw. The bathroom was not clean, there was no soap or paper products in there and the dining room was unkept. There was a board? maybe missing from under our seating area which was attached to the wall. The drink machine was rusted, and maybe it was out of use but it should have been cleaned? Not a good experience unfortunately.

Ordered two sandwiches and 3 drinks. Tried to order a grilled cheese, but they said they couldn't do it.

Sandwiches took upwards of 25 minutes, drinks didn't get started until after that.

The food was okay, service was not it.

I came here for an afternoon of "working from home", it was a lovely experience. I ordered a coconut latte, and a Lambwich. The lamb was tender, and the spices/sauce used tied all of the ingredients together. The latte was also delicious.

The atmosphere was also great, as it had outlets, wifi and plenty of outdoor seating, and a comfortable inside space. It was my first time here but will be back!

The food and service is great! They had several very delicious vegetarian options available. The owner was friendly and the food was ready quite fast.It was a nice place to set up and work on my laptop for awhile. There is free Wi-Fi available.

If I lived closer I would frequent more than I do, The drinks are wonderful. Atmosphere is cozy and enriching. The Lambwhich is killer as well. I would eat it everyday if I lived nearby.

I ordered online for pickup at around 1:20 and was given a pickup time of 1:45. I received an email with a confirmation number and the money was taken from my card. I arrived at the store for my order at 1:50 to find all the lights off and a closed sign on the door. I was charged for food I never received and there was no option in my confirmation email or the company website to request a refund or file a complaint so I came to Google. If you’re not going to be open please make that explicit and turn off online ordering so you don’t steal peoples money. This is the second time this has happened and after the first time you said it was an error with the system but I know now that you just don’t commit to your posted hours. This is really disappointing because the food tastes great and now that i’m living in the area again I would have loved to become a regular. Please reach out to me so that I can get my money back. Wonderful food to break away from more typical burger shops around Franklin. Maharaja chicken sandwich and fries were phenomenal as well as the coffee. Owner is extremely prompt with service and very friendly! Prices are good for franklin street dining as well!.
