The food and service is great! They had several very delicious vegetarian options available. The owner was friendly and the food was ready quite fast.It was a nice place to set up and work on my laptop for awhile. There is free Wi-Fi available.

I ordered online for pickup at around 1:20 and was given a pickup time of 1:45. I received an email with a confirmation number and the money was taken from my card. I arrived at the store for my order at 1:50 to find all the lights off and a closed sign on the door. I was charged for food I never received and there was no option in my confirmation email or the company website to request a refund or file a complaint so I came to Google. If you’re not going to be open please make that explicit and turn off online ordering so you don’t steal peoples money. This is the second time this has happened and after the first time you said it was an error with the system but I know now that you just don’t commit to your posted hours. This is really disappointing because the food tastes great and now that i’m living in the area again I would have loved to become a regular. Please reach out to me so that I can get my money back. Wonderful food to break away from more typical burger shops around Franklin. Maharaja chicken sandwich and fries were phenomenal as well as the coffee. Owner is extremely prompt with service and very friendly! Prices are good for franklin street dining as well!.

Sandwich was good, but the side salad was nothing special at all. It was disconcerting that food preparer did not wear gloves. Even though there were no other customers in there, I had to wait at least 20 minutes to get my order. For what I paid I expected better all the way around.
The food and atmosphere are top-tier at Saturni. I've tried the Cordon Bleu and a few other sandwiches, along with their cookies and coffee which is well brewed. in the evenings the courtyard is wonderful, and the inside atmosphere is uplifting.But the kicker is that Saturni is owned, staffed and run by a wonderful family. They're incredibly kind and giving, offering a slice of homemade food for a great price. As an example, when buying a cookie today they even offered to heat it up before I left. This was a small act of kindness but it did not go unnoticed.I cannot rate this little shop higher, it's an awesome gem in Chapel Hill!

DO NOT EAT HERE PEOPLE!! ROACHES EVERYWHERE!!! Very nasty and Unsanitary conditions, rude and disrespectful owner wouldn’t stop playing on his computer to make our drink orders. Constant arguing with family members who work there. The owner is creepy and rude. There’s no AC in the building. Constant yelling and cursing between the workers. I saw the owner pick up a roach and throw it away and proceeded to make our drinks without washing his hands. My friend and I just left after an hour of waiting. Don’t go here.

Love Saturni - this place is less visible than most Chapel Hill restaurant but the food and drinks are great! Run by a young owner, Saturni features Indian-American fusions. The Maharaj Burger and fries + literally any drink is a great order.

It's a nice cozy environment in chapel Hill with outdoor seating as well. We visited during the holiday break so probably not a lot of people/students around. It was empty when we visited there only one person managing the store. We ordered 3 sandwiches with fries. Food was good but the service was very slow. It took almost 25mins to get the food. Want to give another try when they have more staff.

We stopped in for lunch date. This was good experience. The outdoor patio is so nice it's mostly under shade. The food is good I got grilled bbq chicken sandwich. The seasoning was really good. It had little heat but with the ranch dressing it blended well. The fries are must try the seasoning added great flavor. Some of the better fries I had in awhile. If you looking for lunch spot this is definitely must try. We tried refresher drink and that was very good. The price is reasonable for the portions. This is must try , great spot for lunch.
