I was so excited to try Shake Shack for the first time. Man what a disappointment. The burger was raw and burnt in the same skinny patty. The shake was gritty. The Shack Sauce was weird and meaty. The fries were ok. The best thing was the cheese sauce and the yuzo lemonade.

Had a slight hiccup with my order and the employee at the register and manager fixed the problem promptly and were extremely helpful and friendly. Also the manager on duty was out in the dining room cleaning and clearly working hard. The manager y'all have at this store is an exemplary employee for your company and should be compensated as such. He is integral to this location succeeding.

The staff often seem inconvenience when they have to take your order in person versus the iPad. Considering the prices are pretty expensive you’d think they’d be more attentive and courteous.Jane is very friendly!!!

Was passing through with a HS Baseball team and stopped in for a bite to eat. Service was good! The food came out fairly quickly. The burger I had was tasty. The dining room was clean & comfortable.
We had the portobello mushroom burger, and it was amazingly good!!? We can't wait to return for more!!

The Avocado Bacon Burger was good, the regular fries were nice and crispy, but the 50/50 iced tea and lemonade was awful. Two-thirds weak lemonade, one-third weak tea, neither portion sweetened. Next time I'll just get a soda!
