Drive through 20 minutes and still waiting but no way to get out of line! Brutal!

Drive through was slow as molasses and the way it's constructed, you're stuck in the line and in the worst queue. All I kept thinking was , gosh I hope there's not an active shooter situation. (Joys of America!!!)

I haven’t patronized Starbucks maybe only 4 times in my 59 years of existence. Yes. I know I have been very closed minded about the trend of Starbucks. I am not going to say that Starbucks is not a good place to experience however I was very disappointed with the breakfast sandwich that I purchased for a colleague and myself this morning. $6 for bread and a couple slices of bread because the cheese was almost not present as you can see. I feel the owner would like to know what his company is preparing for hard working patrons. I have heard so many good things about Starbucks but, I was really disappointed after my colleague shared her breakfast sandwich with me that I had purchased as a thank you token. Very disappointed and embarrassed!☹️

I was there to work on my computer. I did not order anything. The set up of the lobby called you to sit and work...plenty of tables with a wrap around couch for coziness

Ordered online so it would be an easy and quick trip. 5 minutes after the order said it would be ready, I received a notification that it was ready, all while the empty cup was still sitting on the counter. 3 minutes later and the only person waiting on a drink, was asked which order I was waiting on. My watered down iced coffee was not worth it.

Since this location opened up, ive been able to get my daily fix before work. Great people, great atmosphere!!! But there's something special about Tre, and the way he makes every coffee cup with love. You can see it in the way he prepares it, the presentation, and taste it soon as you take that first sip.

Just had the BEST service from Tre!😊👏👏 They took time to meet my dog and have a little conversation with me plus I had the best iced americano with pumpkin 🎃 cold foam! 👍💕

I drive to this Starbucks and form Mebane this store has everything from great seating and Great atmosphere and very clean.The store Manager Matthew always meet me with a smile and ask how I’am doing, he and staff know my order by heart.This is we’re I come just to gather my thoughts for the day and see my Starbucks Family there on point.P.S if you see Jasmine working she going win you over with her smile!

Moved to Durham about a year and a half ago and this became my go to Starbucks based on location. The staff are extremely pleasant and warming. Early when the location opened there were some longer than normal wait times but no longer the case and I'm never waiting more then 2-3 minutes after ordering. Clean location and would recommend!

No complaints about the staff, who are friendly and seem to try to do their best. But they were out of decaf brewed coffee... in the middle of the day on a Saturday. A lot of drinks weren't available to order. The screens behind the counter didn't list the full menu - just a few of the highest-price drinks. I had to look up the menu on my phone to order. Also, no station to add sugar, cream, milk etc. to your drink. Finally - pretty terrible music selections. This new location needs some serious oversight by management.
