Since this location opened up, ive been able to get my daily fix before work. Great people, great atmosphere!!! But there's something special about Tre, and the way he makes every coffee cup with love. You can see it in the way he prepares it, the presentation, and taste it soon as you take that first sip.

I drive to this Starbucks and form Mebane this store has everything from great seating and Great atmosphere and very clean.The store Manager Matthew always meet me with a smile and ask how I’am doing, he and staff know my order by heart.This is we’re I come just to gather my thoughts for the day and see my Starbucks Family there on point.P.S if you see Jasmine working she going win you over with her smile!

Moved to Durham about a year and a half ago and this became my go to Starbucks based on location. The staff are extremely pleasant and warming. Early when the location opened there were some longer than normal wait times but no longer the case and I'm never waiting more then 2-3 minutes after ordering. Clean location and would recommend!

No complaints about the staff, who are friendly and seem to try to do their best. But they were out of decaf brewed coffee... in the middle of the day on a Saturday. A lot of drinks weren't available to order. The screens behind the counter didn't list the full menu - just a few of the highest-price drinks. I had to look up the menu on my phone to order. Also, no station to add sugar, cream, milk etc. to your drink. Finally - pretty terrible music selections. This new location needs some serious oversight by management.

The management is awful, they close early nearly half the days of the week, and are very understaffed. My girlfriend and i come weekly and we have had the door shut in our face nearly 5 times. The drive through also takes about 10-15 mins just to order. Good food and drinks, but man the staffing is terrible

The service at the Farrington Rd store is always super slow. It doesn't matter what time of day. Don't stop if you're in a rush. They need more workers for sure. Quite possibly they shouldn't have opened here if there aren't enough people to work. It's a very busy area with so many people.

Every visit is a different experience. Sometimes the coffee is good, sometimes it's lukewarm and burnt. Sometimes they open on time, sometimes you're greeted by a handwritten sign in the drive-thru announcing they're opening at 8:30 today. If you like being surprised on your $7.00 coffee run, this is the place for you!

Regularly mobile order here and receive drinks that have no cold foam? If there is cold foam in the recipe on the Starbucks app why are you not giving me cold foam?

First off, the staff are amazing and always SUPER friendly and accommodating! Nothing but great things to say there. The reason for a lower rating is because I come here several times a week and there are always 2 major pain points: 1. - the wait is always very long. Even if I order ahead to pick up in the drive-thru, I end up sitting there for at least 10 minutes if not more. If I choose to park and go inside to grab my order, I have to wait until I can flag someone down to grab my order from the drive-thru orders and sometimes that can be hard (again, the staff are doing their best but always VERY busy) the second pain-point is the inconsistency of the drinks. I get the same drink every day and it's never consistent. Some days its very strong coffee flavor, others it tastes like I am drinking pure cold foam/cream and seemingly no coffee at all. I just wish they maybe had more staff and better training to improve the consistency of the drinks. It makes me consider going to a different starbucks when I am short on time and don't want to waste $7.00 on a coffee that may or may not be what I ordered.
