Drove 45 minutes to make it to this Starbucks since the others closed at 8:30. We arrived at 8:45, they don’t close until 9. We were told by employee Rockmond that he wasn’t going to take our order or any others for the night because he was going to take the trash out.

There are so many of us Unc students that want to use this conveniently located starbucks to get drinks or do work, but it is most often a HUGE disappointment. The seating is very limited and there often are large groups of disrespectful people there that aren't even starbucks customers, preventing it from being a productive environment. However, the worst part about this starbucks is the one male worker who is the rudest employee I have ever interacted with. He never apologizes for anything and consistently makes the customer feel stupid for asking for something that is out of stock (which often is the case) even if they didn't know. He also will not acknowledge you if you are waiting to order and he's busy. Really the worst customer service and overall attitude that I have ever experienced.
