We are all working and I get it having friends come in and having conversations but we are on the clock as well. I ordered a medicine ball. Customers behind me received their order well before me and no apologies for missing my order and when I said something the worker became rude

I ordered my coffee and they wrote it down and everything it was completely wrong and I was busy and couldn’t come back at the time so I came back later and they told me basically that because I was was busy and didn’t come back right that they could do nothing about it and I spent 7 dollars and change for something I didn’t like and wasn’t my mistake

Cashier was very good at multi tasking, making drinks while taking orders. All the staff were diligently working to take care of the obviously very busy morning rush!

They literally told me my card declined proceeded to charge my sister for the purchase and then I went to the parking lot side turn around and find out they took $26 from me on my bank account

i was in the hospital for almost 3 months and went here every other day...it was absolutely delightful, even when it was crowded (which was always!) nice outdoor seating as well.

All Starbucks are making drinks for to go orders before the people sitting in the store are waiting behind the people that are even here yet. It just doesn't make sense. We've been sitting in an empty coffee shop for 15 minutes and still don't have our drinks.
