There is never enough employees working . They need to have at least two people . Every-time you come you have to wait extreme times to even get a simple drink . When there is more then one person sometimes they are too busy talking within themselves to make your drink so you sit there and listen to their conversation wondering when your drink will be done.
I don’t have the heart to complain about this worker since they’re new and another worker called off. But my orders were completely messed up. I didn’t have to patience or time or the energy to take it out on a new worker. I saw that they were really pressured and tired out. Really stressed too.
I ordered an ice white mocha light ice, got it hot though. I ordered a vanilla bean frap, got it looking a bit off? Iced pumpkin spice latte, no ice but cold please. I got with ice. The pineapple refresher was right though. I’m really upset about my order. I ordered at 11:07am. Only got out at 11:38am. Idk if I want to drink my vanilla frapp, should I just throw it away? And buy another one at Eastgate?

I’m giving this review a one star because it’s my only option but really worst experience ever. I have been an every day customer with Starbucks and I have never been so disappointed. I order my drink every morning before work never in the afternoon but this time I decided to get a drink after work ordered on my mobile app went to pick it up when I got there. I noticed I hit the wrong drink on my app. I asked the cashier or barista, if I could get a different drink, I had mistakenly press the wrong one on my app. She proceeded to gave me an attitude and said well if you want to change your drink, you have to pay full price for it and I said I’m not taking this drink you can keep it and give me the drink that I always order. She said no you have to pay full price , so I was like why is there a problem? I have done it before in the past at a different Starbucks and they never giving me trouble. In fact there was one time I went to the wrong location and they remade my order even though I didn’t order it from that Starbucks , mind you this isn’t the case I specifically order from this Starbucks at Harris Teeter, which I will no longer be going to . I know Starbucks in Harris Teeter is any different than a regular outstanding Starbucks store but her customer service was awful. There was this guy plumbing and said just give her the drink and I’ll pay for it. I feel really bad for that. Of course she had no choice, but to make me my drink, the Pay for my drink. It is absolutely upsetting Starbucks Harris Teeter please hi employees that care about their job

My order was simple, 2 large hot waters which shouldn’t have went through the line of orders, the cashier can make hot water and send me on my way but I stood there for 10 minutes waiting and after still not getting any hot water (to make a hot tea) I had to ask for it again. The condiment tray was out of supplies and when a customer had to ask for a sleeve they still didn’t replenish the supplies for customers. The trash can outside was so overloaded with trash that customers were placing trash on top of the container.The lady working the register was very polite, and a very pleasant staff member to interact with… I just think she didn’t understand that she could make the hot water instead of sending it through the entire line of orders.

Custumer service is nice, but be very careful if you only order a coffee cup and something to eat to take home, the punch they give you will be well packaged but completely out of balance, causing a great risk of the bag tipping over while you are driving. I'm a delivery person and this causes a lot of inconvenience.
No one here for 15 mins so i left. Waited and no one was there to serve me. Glad I didn't order online. Never had this happen at a Starbucks before.

I don't think the baristas are getting proper training here. They keep making drinks wrong. This was supposed to be an ice latte and it's just wrong.

Not enough workers overcrowded
Terrible service!! I walked in, they’d just opened for the day. I was only customer at that moment. A young black girl barista the only worker. I ordered and paid for a coffee. She proceeded to fix my drink. But before finishing it a black couple walked in. The barista immediately stopped working on my coffee and tended to them (I’m a white male). They chatted casually and placed an order. I waited “patiently “ for what seemed like 4-5 LONG MINUTES. then, she walked back to my drink, put a lid on the cup and handed it to me!! Took 5 SECONDS. She could’ve had me out the door 5 minutes sooner, the black couple would’ve only had to wait 5 seconds. Very inconsiderate and insulting. She didn’t apologize for making me wait, no “thank you”. I’ll never go back to that location - University Place mall next to Harris Teeter.
They made a warm chocolatey coffee for me that wasn't on the menu. Was delicious!
