Food & drink were as good as any other Starbucks. But it took 25 minutes for my mobile order - primarily because the staff were too busy talking to put my order on the “to go”section. The idea of “customer service” needs reinforcing at this store.

It is absolutely 100% rude to pick up the phone while the customer is in line in the middle of telling you their order. Waited in line, waited for her to make the food for the previous customer, and now while we are in the middle of speaking you pick up the phone right in my face and have me wait longer??? People have things to do. The people on the phone could have waited. It's called tell them can I put you on a brief hold? don't actually have a conversation with them!! I come here all the time. This will be my last

I went to this Starbucks at 1800 E Franklin this morning 1/24 and before I went I had ordered online and I was suppose to have my order ready at 8:10 but instead I basically had to beg to get my drink ready and the drink I got is not what I ordered them it was this one lady just standing around telling everyone what to do making things worse and then she look like she was HIGH off weed or something the service Literally SUCKED THIS MORNING I normally see everyone working everyone was working except that lady that looked high giving orders yall need to get rid of her

My favorite part of my last visit to this starbucks was watching 2 of the three employees who were working standing around talking to another employee who had stopped by to pick something up. I didn’t mind at first since I was a few minutes early to pock up a food order I placed online since the store was basically empty and I assumed since they were chatting so leisurely that my food must be in the warmer, though I did feel sorry for the one person working frantically solo to fill mobile drink orders while they were have their late morning chat. About four minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, after the employee who dropped by left as I was walling toward the register the employee “working” was nice enough to ask me if I had ordered yet. I was the only person still standing around waiting after almost 10 minutes. I let them know I was waiting on a mobile food order. At that point, they walked over and looked at the 3 mobile stockers for food that had been waiting since before I walked in, found my order, and informed me it would only take 80 seconds. No, that is how much of their time it took. It could have been ready when I got their early. It took much more of my time. I’m not cheap. I did not tip on purpose. Their morning chat break made me late to an appointment. This was a good reminder of why I always go to the New Hope Commons store down the road when it isn’t out of the way and with the time I waisted waiting for the employees to finish their social time, I should have. If 0 stars was an option, I would have given that. I don’t mind waiting but waiting almost 10 minutes on an order that was started until after the time I was given for pickup because it was ignored by two employees who weren’t working at all while one employee was drowning in drink orders hustling? Yuck. I felt sorry for the one person actually doing her job and likely theirs. Go to New Hope Commons and tip generously there like I do. The service is the exact opposite of this store. I hope the sweet young woman who was the only one of the three actually working gets transferred there.

The service was fine and so was the coffee but this location has to be one of the worst in general. Unfortunately the overwhelming smell of urine was a big turn off. I really felt like I stopped at a gas station off the highway. I don’t know what the deal is with that but it’s unpleasant to say the least.

The service is terrible, I waited 25 minutes for two drinks and neither were customized. Not only was the service atrocious but the employees were very rude. I haven’t had poor service at any other starbucks in the area, only this one.

Coffee is too high there is too long of a wait for the coffee and then it's not very hot the process pre-packaged food shouldn't even be sold it's a coffee shop it's like paying an arm and a leg for a prepackaged food. The weight for coffee is just crazy need more help the people aren't very nice. Sometimes it's standing room only.

Waited 22 minutes for one drink. The baristas really do only focus on online orders, which is really disappointing to those of us who want to walk in and get a coffee in a reasonable amount of time. While waiting, a customer walked in who the staff knew and one barista told him that she’d make his order next. Meanwhile, id been waiting for over 20 mins at that point. Very poor customer service.

absolute joke it is to walk in and get a coffee at this starbucks. you should just close the doors except for the friggen STARBUCKS MOBILE APP ONLY. If you walk in here and order a coffee you will still be standing there 20 minutes later. There only focus is mobile web orders and only mobile web orders. Everybody else takes a back seat and is not at all important. BAD customer service.

Posting this here since in the hopes that a manager can see. This store needs an extra person during the rush hour shift, I was here on September 10 around 4:15 pm. Most time I've ever waited for an order. I also think other orders behind mine were made ahead of mine.
