Don’t usually get Starbucks. Order a drink. Two employees Maurice and Joe just bickering at each other the entire time. Definitely felt like an element of bullying by the older gentleman. Will not be returning to this

Mobile order took 15mins more than expected time of readiness. At least 5 or more people that walked in and ordered at counter received their orders before me. There was obviously no system on how to work between mobile and in-person orders. They were extremely behind on mobile orders; the barista making the drinks didn't call out every name, so I was constantly going up to see if the drink was mine. It was only pointed out to me after I went to the counter to complain.

For a Starbucks inside of a Harris Teeter, this one delivers. It’s not the full Starbucks experience of a standalone, and there is no drive through, but I don’t really expect that from a location like this. One thing to note is that the mobile orders can really stack up at peak times. That said they crank them out.Parking: It’s a bit lite for a shopping center like this in this area, but I’ve never had a problem getting a spot.Wheelchair accessibility: It is not very wheelchair friendly. I’m not a user, so I have no actual experience, but the doorways are narrow and not easy to access and the inside is tight and often cramped with people waiting for mobile orders.

If you want to get treated absolutely awful, please come to this Starbucks, especially by Eric (barista). I went to get a drink. I specified I wanted to use money, but he went ahead and used the stars. I then acted like that’s what he understood. I did not speak a foreign language; I repeated myself many times before he scanned my phone. I have been using Starbucks for six years; it is not my first time at Starbucks. The other barista did not help. My drink tasted awful. Ruined my day.

Server appeared frantic. Made my drink wrong, and I just took it as is. I asked if the drink waiting was mine when it finally came out on the end of the counter, and the manager was extremely rude. Not even making eye contact and almost wanting to argue for asking. It was odd, but I was in a hurry and did not have time to insist on another drink. This place needs to remove this manager or fix the service. Something is definitely broke at this location.

This is a small Starbucks attached to the Harris Teeter in Meadowmont Village off 54 (Raleigh Rd), on the east side of Chapel Hill near the Durham border. There are two entrances. You can enter from either the outside or from within Harris Teeter, next to the pharmacy. We've stopped by this Starbucks for quick pick-me-ups before/during grocery shopping.I tried one of my favorites here, an Iced Matcha Tea Latte, and they made a good one. The grande size (16 fl oz) with oat milk cost $4.95 plus $0.70 for the oat milk minus $0.70 thanks to a 25 Starbucks stars reward discount plus $0.37 tax. $5.32 total. The drink was refreshing and delicious. It had just the right amount of sweetness plus tea and milk flavors.I've also had a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew here. Also grande size (16 fl oz) with a pump of vanilla syrup and pumpkin spice topping. $5.25 before tax, $5.64 after. It was also good. Both drinks were tasty and hit the spot.Service has been great. One time we came here and there was a lone young barista who had many customers to take care of. During that visit, I counted 11 seated customers plus us and a couple singles standing. This was on a Sunday around 5:12pm. Kudos to that barista for having a good attitude despite the workload.Another time we came, there were three baristas and only one seated customer who had already been served. The customer was an older lady knitting at one of the tables. I've noticed the demographics in this area trend towards middle-to-old age. This was on another Sunday, around 3:23pm.At this location, we've ordered both in-person and by using the Starbucks app. We've never had to wait long. My wife likes to use her digital Starbucks Card within the app to pay. Every time she uses her card, she earns double stars (2 stars per $1 spent). If you drink Starbucks regularly and aren't earning stars, you should get the Starbucks app and sign up to start earning free coffee. You also get other perks like a free food or drink item on your birthday.

For some reason I always forget about this Starbucks. Had an early airport run & stopped in. It’s a convenient location and has a separate entrance from the Harris Teeter. Staff was helpful and my drink tasted great.

This Starbucks is hands down the best I’ve ever been to. The staff here is so lovely and kind, and they most always get my drinks made correctly. Is a great quiet atmosphere to study in.

The best breakfast on the planet, spinach and feta cheese egg white wrap and the vanilla cream cold brew.

I only go out of convenience. the baristas were fighting today and they almost never fill my drink all the way up. annd the fact that cuz it's attached to a harris teeter you can't use the app? if it's not too much of an inconvenience, go to a different Starbucks (or Quickly for boba down the road!!!).

This was my first time at this location and it was great! The baristas were super friendly, seemed to know all the customers very well, provided recommendations, as overall seemed to care about every individual who walked through the door. High recommend!
