This Starbucks was packed on a Wednesday afternoon. So many college kids with their headphones and laptops writing their memoirs they hope will be turned into Broadway plays one day, or whatever.
The coffee was perfect and the restroom was clean.

I had to wait 23 minutes after the time that my drink was supposed to be ready. My drink is also not correct.

Awful experience, haven’t been to this location in years due to lack of customer service. I think at this point unless you’re okay with waiting 30 min for coffee, go for it. If not, do not go here!!!
Don’t bother walking in to order. They do not do walk in orders in any order. You will sit for 15 mins for a tall coffee and another 4 mins for the other grande. Staff does not make the orders in any order and customers in the store do not take priority over online orders. 7 employees and a 20 min wait for coffee. No thanks I won’t bother here anymore. This was me giving it another try but nope. Worst Starbucks and they don’t give you the coffee you pay for

This location has such a great atmosphere! The highlight for me is definitely the furniture – you can sit or even lounge comfortably, it’s super relaxing. Plus, it’s right next to a Supercharger, which is perfect. While waiting for my EV to charge, I stopped by for a coffee and really enjoyed it. The other customers were quiet and respectful too, which made the experience even better. Had to leave a review so I can remember to come back next time!

Spelled everyone’s name wrong, dirty counters, flies landing on open containers and on people’s drinks, took so long for my order, bad customer service, didn’t put milk back in the fridge

somehow it all takes 15 minutes to get coffee. no matter how many people are inside or at drive through it is always an excruciating wait. Don't order cold drinks in drive through as the ice will be completely melted when you get it. food is hit or miss

Best SB in town. I'm there almost daily and most of the baristas have my order memorized--not that that is important but it is nice bonus!
The complaints in these reviews are made by weirdos because I've been coming here for years and never experienced half of these issues. I got ONE incorrect order about 2 years ago and called about it (because I was already almost home) and they offered to remake it that day for free. The incorrect order ended up being something new to me (and delicious) so I told them I'd just cash in the free drink on another day (and I did, with zero issues).
I literally just stopped to use their restroom yesterday and it was clean so idk what dirty restroom people are on about but I've not had that experience.
This is a good shop with good people in it. Everyone is nice without it feeling forced, the line rarely takes too long, it's a good location, and my order is always delicious. No notes.
I urge everyone to keep in mind that a lot of these baristas are just kids. It's likely their first job. Any policy changes or price changes you are seeing are handed down from corporate and the baristas at this location have zero control over it. Heck, most of them are just trying not to get in trouble over dress-code violations for having the wrong type of shoes. 😒 cut these folks some slack.

Okay so I go here all the time and the people are usually so nice!! But I have to say I went today and Nick went above and beyond. He was so so SO sweet, and actually made my day. They were so busy but was attentive and just made my day. I truly hope he has the best day and I can just see he was such a light and my food and drink were great!!! Thank y’all ❤️
The last time I had to wait, today is even a longer wait 25 mins in the line and I'm still not at the drive thru window. I already placed my order. I don't know if they're short staff or what their problem is. This is not a Starbucks you want to go for a quick stop.

I was working on my computer at this Starbucks when an employee unexpectedly asked me to leave, despite the store being empty and me not disrupting anyone. I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for over five years and have frequently ordered from this location, so this experience was both surprising and disappointing. I’ve never encountered such treatment at any other Starbucks, and it left a really negative impression. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider returning as a customer.

Christopher at the drive thru window this morning was amazing! kind, compassionate, and a smile on his face - he even went out of his way to greet and say bye bye to my little one in the back seat :)

The service is pretty good, but they have the habit of starting to close (putting up all the chairs) as early as 6:30, even when there are patrons still in the building. They also take all of the bake goods out of the case and start mopping. Again it is 6:30 and they close at 9. It is unproffesional and does not make it an approachoble place to buy drinks from. They could at least wait till an hour from clossing if they are so pressed to get out quickly.
