Today shortly after almost having a wreck that would have been ? my fault, I came into Starbucks to calm down before I drove back to Charlotte. The guy who took my order was amazing; he was so kind and compassionate, which is so unusual these days. He could tell I was shaken up and when he brought me my food he gave me a hug and a cake pop. I wish I had gotten his name; he totally made my day?

They're usually pretty nice but they burn their espresso shots every time. I wish this wasn't the closest one to work, because I force myself to enjoy my dirt-tasting coffee just for a caffeine boost. Always bitter and ratio is never right for what you order.

I went to the store to ask for some used coffee grounds for garden, the yang white lady answered me “we don’t do it anymore “ with an attitude. I was so embarrassed in front of other customers. I called the same store later and someone else confirmed with me that they do have free used coffee grounds, but he doesn’t sound welcoming. The lady definitely told me wrong info as their website also says people are welcome to pick up used coffee grounds for gardening.Will never shop at that store again.

I've given this Starbucks so many chances. This location is disappointing. They frequently close early like 30 mins before and they are always out of stock.Other times, they randomly close mid day.You never know what you're going to get.

Twice I go twice there’s a mistake with no ability to resolve it. First time I was picking up a mobile order for Frappuccino with oat milk and whipped cream. There’s no whipped cream because they said I put oat milk, but I specifically had whipped cream on topping. No offer to add the toppings, whatever.I come a second time. Order a large Frappuccino. I get a medium. The guy told me grande means medium. I told him I said large, I don’t even know the Starbucks terms so I wouldn’t have said “grande”. He offers to make a large, I took his offer but he clearly didn’t mean it because he made it seem like a hassle so I said never mindCome on lol

Watched three employees sit around and chat with one another while one made all of the drinks.I waited 24 mins for three drinks.The one in the purple jacket is running around Lala land acting completely clueless.I finally asked how much longer and the girl said she didn’t have my order… I showed them the receipt and they said they’ll make mine next. My croissant got cold and they replaced it.
