Absolutely amazing. Was shocked by how great the staff is. The integrity and commitment to customer service is hard to find in a business today. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Poor management and mediocre service. Steak not prepared to order. We had to ask waiter to refill water and remind of several items he forgot to bring. Servers were observed eating in the open kitchen window during food service and the open kitchen window had dirty rags and trash on food service areas. Kitchen/server did not attend to deliver my order correctly and management did not rectify situation appropriately or professionally. I ended up eating 30 minutes after my guest on our holiday dinner, as I had to wait for them to remake the order to prepare my steak as ordered at beginning of service. Definitely misses the mark of fine dining. I will
not be coming back.

For quality steak and service in Chapel Hill, Jujube has an awesome hanger steak or make the trip to Raleigh to the Peddler for great steak, service, and a full salad bar!

The service is abysmal. Waited like 20 minutes to be seated after having a reservation.

Once we finally got seated (small party of 3 people)
Waited another 15 minutes to get asked what we would like to drink. Had 3 different servers who we thought was our server walk up randomly say nothing then walk away before we were even asked. Not sure if our waited was afraid to do their job but she walked up with the ticket covering her face nearly whispering 2 feet away from our table asking for what we would finally like to order.

Overall for this price point this was an utter disappointment. Never again and stay away

Had a great night here our waiter Caroline was excellent showed up with a smile on her face and always kept my drink full. Every time I was near empty she would be right around the corner with another one

Celebrated a 21st birthday. Party of five gathered for this special dinner.
Loved the atmosphere but could use improvement in other areas.
Started off waiting 20 minutes for a table with a reservation. The hostess was overwhelmed and lacked communication on the status of our table.
Our waiter was not as attentive when asked for extra utensils. water refill etc
Some food was cooked perfectly (salmon) although mashies were cold along w the broccoli on the same plate.
Just feel that it was expensive for the quality of food along w lower than expected service level.
Lots of other places in Chapel Hill to pick from. Wondering how long they will be around w some many other choices in the area.

My boyfriend and I had a reservation here 11/15/25 to celebrate our birthdays and I don’t think I’d come again. First off the appetizer was pretty ok, the steak egg rolls, it tasted like hamburger helper in an egg roll shell so it was ok but not the greatest. The host and waiter knew we were celebrating our birthday and when we were finished with dinner there was no cake or any special dish given to us at all. We watched three tables around us get treats while we got nothing. Idk what was up with that. The food wasn’t bad, I had a New York strip and I asked for medium but it was definitely giving medium rare it was so pink and fatty. My boyfriend got salmon and it was good but lacked seasoning tbh. We both had garlic mashed potatoes for our sides and boy do I regret that. Immediately after eating those potatoes I was feeling nauseous so I stopped eating completely. I did end up throwing up those potatoes so I will never touch garlic mashed potatoes again. Thank you for that. Also our server Noah checked on us one time the whole hour we were there, we waited for thirty minutes for him to acknowledge us so we could get the check. And we had to flag him down for that bcz he just kept walking pass us. I don’t think id eat here again or recommend.

Our experience was spectacular. From the moment we arrived until we departed, the service (Tanner took great care of us), food and atmosphere were exceptional.

The atmosphere is amazing. The food was tasty!! The service could have been better organized with our group but overall I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

First I want to say the server Siani was amazing. He did a great job he was very nice and his timing was great. Made sure we had everything and made us very comfortable. The food was fresh, hot and delicious, especially the steak and cheese egg rolls and bread. Drinks was good. I would definitely go back. Recommend for grown and sexy vibes, date night, chill and laid back atmosphere.
