I’ve been to the subway on 400 market street couple days ago and honestly I was very satisfied with the attention and care. The manager I believe her name was Shafika was also very friendly and helpful. The store was neat and clean as well as the ingredients.

This is one of the worst Subway's I have ever been to. The staff is unfriendly, and the sandwiches are bad. It's close to work, and I have a lot of gift cards, so I've been here many times. For some reason, they also don't have unsweetened tea. It has lots of potential based on location, but I would skip this place.

Ordered 2 subs and a foot long dipper online. When I arrived the girl said they were out the dippers and decided not to make the rest of the food we had ordered because they were out of dippers?? So we had to sit there and wait for our subs that should have been ready as the online order said it was ready. She seemed lost and was very unpleasant. The store was empty so we are still unsure why she didn’t make our subs just because one item was out of stock we had ordered??? So don’t order online, she will assume you won’t show up for food you paid for in advance.

Shafika made my sandwich she was very nice person first of all she said hi welcome to subway she was very kind and sweet and she also washed her hands then she made my sandwich very perfect she such a sandwich artist when she went ring me up she let me know the there out of ice there was a sign but she still let me know the she was very friendly!

Bad service. Worker talked back when asked why I was charged $6 for a toasted bread. First of all, she didn’t toast it. Second it smells bad. Didn’t feel comfortable feeding it to my infant. Also, their soda machine doesn’t work but other people had drinks from the soda machine. I asked why did they have it and she said unless I wanted a hot drink I could have soda from the soda machine. I ended up getting a bottled drink which they only had Coke Zero, and milk. I basically paid to get a drink and bread that u didn’t even want. SMH. Will not be back at all. And I was employed by subway during covid and all of this is not standard protocols for the company.

Customer service here was bad. Ordered three sandwiches. One cold cut that had 3 pieces of bologna. None of the additional meats. When I called to ask if they could remake she said she doesnt know what to tell me lol and that I was probably the one to take the meat off like what type of response is that to someone that pays their money and obviously this was a worker who doesn’t know how to make the sandwich. This place needs training and be advised on how they should treat a customer.

Received subs by delivery. Basically got dry bread and maybe teaspoon lettuce . Skinny steak rectangles 2 . If I were Wendy’s I’d say where’s the beef ( inside of sub) will never order here again!!
