Called to place an order due all sandwich are not on the website. The employee picked up, and when I asked if I could order, he hung up. When I called back, they didn't pick up until after 7 times. Then I explained how the sandwich i wanted wasn't on the website. The man said I can't do anything about it use the site.

Been here 3 times in the past month in a half to try the Doritos Nachos and every time I wasn’t able. The excuses was no Doritos, no trays and I called before I drove over there today and just hung the phone up with explanation cause I was disappointed. Subway needs a new CEO yall been falling off. The only reason yall still getting business is cause yall have the cheapest subs. But the quality starting to match the price. Jersey Mikes would never.

Bread was stale and hard. Usually can’t mess up a basic tuna sub but this place succeeded.
Worst subway I have ever been to. Bathrooms were filthy as was the counter and most of the drink options were out of service.
Just left here after being made to wait in line for 10 mins with no acknowledgment. Apparently food safety isn’t of any concern either based off of the receipt the guy making a catering order kept moving around. It kept going in all of the containers.

I often come here on weekends and the staff are great. They are very generous with the amount of toppings compared to other branches and are friendly.
This is by far my favorite subway

I consistently come back to this place, it's good. The service is good and they have yummy cookies oatmeal raisin. I always forget to get a churro though 😣😣😣 pretty good overall

Just another reminder why I don't go to this place. This is the second time in the last 3 times that I have been there that they have gotten my order wrong. I go home with my order and find no meatball in my sub. If you want to go here, order in person. It is too hot to go back out and wait for another sub.

At pickup time 15 minutes after order, storemanager says: That's the order that didn't print out, take a seat, then she starts grumbling about the many orders she has and takes care of the other customers that walk in.
After I wonder what happens she asks me to cancel my order as I'm not the only one. I would but it's already paid for and can't be canceled. NOW sb else needs to come and needs to change the paper roll at the register (IT TOOK 20 SECONDS) Obviously the"store manager as which she identifies herself ") doesn't have the skills.
She then continues to talk about me as if I'm not there, even lying about what happened as if I have done anything wrong other then place an internet order.
Meanwhile my order shows up as ready even though they haven't even started it.
While this place has a history of sometimes great, sometimes bad service in the past 2 years, I came back to the "normal" people that work here.
But if the management stinks that badly and can't weed out people like her, than the franchise should be taken away from them.
PS: I saw later how much love ❤️ they used to prepare the sub
