I needed to place a big order for a meeting and everything turned out wonderfully. The Store Manager, Carla, was extremely patient while helping me decide on which sandwiches to get and what to put on them. The team member, Evan, was also very nice. I called the morning that I was going to pick them up and he told me that they just finished packaging up my order. When I came, I was in and out! I will def go back in the future!

Probably my favorite Subway in the area! I recently found this one on the app, as this location typically participates in local deals and specials. Everytime I order ahead here, it's waiting on the counter for me when I arrive. All of my items are there, and I never have to ask the crew for anything. I go to other Subway locations, and things are missing from my order. Never the case, at this one. The crew here is friendly, fun, and they seem to like working at this location. The vibe is always good, and so are the subs and cookies. Shout-outs for "The Outlaw" and the raspberry cheesecake cookies! ?

Ordered online.Got a call from an employee, Carla, saying they were out of the type of bread I wanted. I thought that was courteous and above what was expected.Got the sandwiches, they tasted fine. Before throwing away the bag I see a mini-bag with writing that says “Sorry, no Italian bread. :( “ and inside that bag are two cookies. Seriously! How nice! Give her a raise.

I just bought a sandwich and the guy who served me is the slowest I ever see. and with his headphones on I had to raise your voice yelling at him to tell him what I wanted, and grabbing the bread with his gloves on, after which he grabbed his phone with his gloves. apart from when paying, he never told me the total price and at the time of paying him, instead of giving me the receipt, he threw it in the trash, WITHOUT ASKING IF I Occupied IT , and then he didn't want to give me my change. because apparently I had not paid him, and He did not know how much money to return to me.

The bread was so hard when I threw it against the door it shattered like glass and couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone so I could speak with the manager this is probably the worst subway I’ve ever been
This place is such an amazing neighbor. I lost power and internet and cell service due to the storms in Durham. All of the coffee shops were full of people like me, and I needed to connect to work. The manager made sure I was set up with what I needed for my meeting. She and all of her staff were so kind. And, the food was so fresh. Kindness and service and fresh food. It made my day.

Line to the door. Three young guys behind the counter trying to impress two blondes standing in line by goofing around and acting silly. Hats off, hair flipping around the food - while they wait for oven. No meatballs. Incompetent on menu and how to make the Monster. I'd say all three need more training as one brings bag of frozen meatballs out to front while my sandwich was cooking and asks the other two what to do with them. After some conversation two went to back with said meatballs. Sandwich ended up being pretty good.
