Please come and visit this place! We had the Catracho Bowl and the Pupusas, snd both things were so delicious! The Jamaica and Mango aguas frescas were also really good (a little sweet, but just add a bit of water and they're perfect). The service was friendly. Will be back soon!
10 STARS!! We had the most authentic and delicious meal at The Latin Effect on Franklin Street. I had arepos and my husband had chalupas - both so tasty and so different from standard tacos and nachos (also on their menu!). Generous portions and delicious sauces plus fresh hot chips and homemade salsa, and pickled coleslaw with a real bite to it rounded out the meal for a great value. Our server was so helpful in guiding our choices - plus made a fantastic caipereña!...
Ordered pickup and it was super fast (<15 minutes) and incredibly tasty. The chicken arepas were awesome. Had been wanting to go here since it opened and will be coming back often!!
