A group of coworkers and I met for a team lunch at The Loop recently. I had the BBQ Bacon & Cheddar sandwich, for which I chose steak fries as a side. Both were satisfying enough. We met at exactly noon and did not have a problem finding seating. The ordering process at the The Loop is one where you place (and pay for) your order at a counter, after which you are handed a pager which will be used to alter you when your order is ready to be picked up at the same counter. Preparation time for our food was reasonably quick. The only real downside to The Loop that I can think of is its location in the Eastgate Crossing shopping center, which can be a traffic and parking nightmare even on the best of days. Still, I enjoyed the food and wouldn't mind trying some of the other items on the menu, as there appear to be a lot of good lunch options there.

Great pizza

Delicious Bleu cheese chip and wonderful grilled chicken sandwich. I do wish they would toast the whole wheat bun. It got too wet before the sandwich was all

We are glad we ran across this place up in Chapel Hill. Turns out to be very similar to a place that used to be in Winter Park Florida that we really enjoy. Lots of good options all of them good.

What a disappiontment, the Asian chicken wrap had almost no chicken in it and was so dry we could barely choke it down, the house chips were cold and hard. When I mentiond it to the manager and the girl behind the counter neither even cared.

We always have a great time at the Loop. The service is outstanding and food is consistently good. In an area where restaurants flip regularly, the Loops' staying power in Chapel Hill speaks volumes.

We ate here last October on a warm weekend. The parking lot was crowded but we luckily found a good spot.To order you get in line to the right, pay, then they hand you a buzzer. We found a table easily. After waiting a good while, I went back to the counter to check the status and they had just pulled the food up.We tried the cheeseburger and fries and the grilled chicken & bacon with fries. Everything was hot, very tasty and juicy. Fries were good, too. Wish I had thought to order onion rings because they looked homemade. It’s a cute little restaurant with the tables sectioned off. This adds to privacy and helps cut down on the noise. So if you eat by yourself, you will feel comfortable.Total was about $26+ tip.For some reason our drinks weren’t listed on the receipt but maybe we ordered water. We enjoyed “The Loop” and will be back to try their pizza.
