This was one of our favorite go to places as it is just down the hill from the University. We have had multiple family gatherings here, as well as brought friends because the food and service was great. However, we have now been twice since the new menu change, and sorry to say, we have now marked it off of our list. The selections are fewer, the up charge to accommodate dietary needs, and the blandness of the food, has simply turned this into an expensive, so-so place to gather. It always saddens me when ANYONE thinks it's a great idea to make such drastic changes to the menu all at once. Sorry to say goodby....I wish you good luck.

Pretty cool spot. I frequent the area for work and this is the first time I’ve come here. Service wasn’t amazing but the drinks were good and the atmosphere was pretty cool. Will definitely try again

Great selection of food and a cool spot to watch any game. TVs are never to loud so your conversations are not drowned out.

Appetizers took over an hour and were cold. Our group was served the wrong beer 3 times. Waitress checked on us once and we had to chase down other staff to get service

Good night of food and family. Food was very good and the atmosphere was very nice. Kids loved the sloppy joe's and my wings were great. Service was a liitle slow but I would go back.

The hard part is picking. My favorite at the table was the side of collards. They were better than any I’ve ever had!

New menu (mid February) is a step in the wrong direction! This place used to be great. They had a wide variety of vegetarian selections and entrees. Now, everything is incredibly bland, the entire menu has changed, and prices are unreasonable. If you want to sub your meat on a burger for bison, it is a $3 upcharge. If you want to use an impossible burger, it is a $5 upcharge. That makes impossible burgers $15 to $18. That is one of three vegetarian entrees you can get on the entire entree. As for meat entrees, the Greek Chicken is dry and rather bland, the grilled cheese is disappointing, and the slaw is bland. Maybe stick with this place for drinks and apps, but avoid entrees unless they bring back the old menu. This was clearly not thought-out. Went with a group and we all had the same consensus about the changes.

Service, while decently pleasant people, is excruciatingly slow, no matter how busy it is. The poor bartender was by herself so you can't fault her, it took time for her to get to every table. The food was not as good and fresh feeling as the Durham tobacco road; lettuce wilty and the goat cheese in uneven clumps dispersed on the plate. Disappointing for a place that has been and could be great.
