Tonya Council at Tonya’s Cookie and Bake Shop is incredible! My nieces drew a picture of the cake they wanted for their seventh birthday, and Tonya made it happen. It looked exactly like their drawing—they were thrilled!! And on top of that, it was absolutely delicious. We go to Tonya for all our special occasions and every holiday cake and pie, and honestly, we’re there almost daily for a little sweet fix. She always nails it and never disappoints!

I’ve ordered cakes through the mail before, and they’ve been good, but Tonya’s cake is in a league of its own. From the first bite, I felt like I had ascended to dessert heaven. The texture was perfectly moist, the flavor rich and buttery with just the right hint of tanginess from the sour cream. It’s a cake that doesn’t need any frosting or extras—it’s pure perfection on its own.

I couldn’t keep this joy to myself and had my husband try it immediately. His eyes lit up, and he was just as excited as I was. It’s rare for us to agree so passionately on a dessert, but Tonya’s cake earned unanimous praise in our home.

I want to thank Tonya and her staff for an absolutely fantastic wedding cake and cupcakes for my daughter’s wedding. Not only was everything delicious , but beautiful as well. It was beyond anything I could have imagined. I left it to their creative genius for the final product and I was not disappointed. I had so many compliments from our guests!
