The food is always great here. The atmosphere of course is the top of Franklin St.
The help however needs help and direction. We sat down with no silverware. When the server brought out food (and basically threw it on the table and walked away) we asked him for silverware. He walked away and never brought us anything. SMH.
Topo is great for lunch! Points and a good burger are always welcome on a NC summer day.
We ate lunch here on game day and sat outside on the balcony. A friendly and fun community atmosphere. Locals were decked out in their tar heels merch and excited for the game. Food and service were good too!
Really cool environment, great food, and great drinks. Service was great. Really enjoyed trying their local beers.

Great location and the beer was good - but the food was terrible. My chicken sandwich was about 1/4" thick and was obviously purchased pre made…had more pickles than meat. Replaced it with the fingers & toes chicken nuggets and they too tasted like they were brought in pre-made. Going across the to Raising Canes for freshly battered chicken that doesn’t taste like saddle leather. Our server was friendly and efficient - hated to complain to her, but it was just THAT bad.
Awesome place and view. Food could’ve been a tiny bit better but it was still great.
Very good food in a casual setting. Had the grilled salmon on a salad. Both were very fresh. Would definitely return.
I had such a great time at top of the hill. our server Ava was absolutely fabulous, she was so knowledgeable on the menu and so personable, really made my night!
