3 stars for the burger I had. Yes it provided me the nutriente and sustenance I required however it in the most bland and minimal way. Instead of my lunch being a moment of excitement and delight for my day, it hardly differentiated from the monotony of every other hour in the day. The meat to bun ratio was disrespectful and the sauce was severely lacking. The patty itself had clearly not been nurtured and there remained no more zest of life that I wish to taste as I bite in to my sandwich.

Very informative and pleasant experience with the distillery, and super excited that it's organic and local. We decided to stop here on our road trip through town and were not disappointed. Tasted the vodka and were happy with it so we decided to purchase a variety of spirits to bring home.

I haven’t have the pleasure of visiting them in person, but I have finished a bottle of their vodka and it was great! Always happy to support local businesses, and my “Topo” appreciation/quarantine project kind of turned into a NC appreciation bottle considering I incorporated colors for the Panthers/UNC/Duke... anyways, thanks for the inspiration and the alcohol to get through these past few weeks

Took my boyfriend for a tour for Valentine’s Day, it was awesome! Esteban was a great tour guide. He knew exactly what he was talking about and made it a fun experience! Will definitely recommend to anyone. Coming back next time my family is in town.

The missus and I went on the TOPO Distillery tour yesterday and I'm so delighted to say it's the best tour we've been too. Just to compare, we've done dozens of winery tours (and hundreds tastings) a few breweries and distilleries, and this was the best experience so far, hands down. Before we were underway, we were treated to a variety of cocktails made with the TOPO spirits, and the concoctions were great and very reasonably priced. Once we were well plied with liquor, our host locked the doors and started the show. Esteban was our spirit guide (he's one of the owners as well) and immediately you could pick up on his love for TOPO. He loves what he does, and he's a fount of knowledge, and he's incredibly personable. He walked us though the history of TOPO, discussed how they go through the process of making all the products that they have, what that means relative to some bigger name liquors that you might get at the ABC store. Afterwards he answered questions. After the Q&A, we went to the distillery where Esteban went over the overall process of making the various liquors in more depth and what piece of equipment does what. We got a group photo, and we were welcome to walk around a bit and take our own pictures (that's not too common). Once all was said and done, we proceeded to the actual tasting, which was consistently informative and very enjoyable. BTW, the all booze was great overall, and I personally loved the rum the most. Afterwards we bought some bottles and the missus and I stayed for a bit longer, had some cocktails and chatted more with the host. We actually took up quite a bit of Esteban's time after the tour (sorry about that!) but he was so polite and attentive, and the spirits were so good (try the whiskey punch and the masala chai) it was hard to leave, genuinely. A truly memorable experience, and one that really made the beginning of the new year! Thanks so much, and we'll be back! Need to get some of those black pepper bitters, and eventually more booze.

Fantabulous distillery tour! Not only was it informative and fascinating, but it's led by the enthusiastic owner himself. He has you sample top brands next to theirs which is eye-opening, as there's no comparison! I would recommend this tour to anyone.
