Decent late night crud food with the worest customer service. One driver didn't bring enough money so I ended up giving them a 8 dollar top when I wanted to give 4 (on a 12 dollar order). They didn't even offer to go back to the store. When I got the pizza, all the topings and and cheese had fallen off one side of the pizza as if the box had been tilted on it's side and when I called to complain they said it was the fact that I ordered a thin crust pizza. Not a good experience.
Can't seem to get a coherent individual on the phone. Thank God I was able to extrapolate an emergency bag of jalapeí±o Cheesy Poofs.
Please see pictures below for my review. My review exceeded the maximum characters and I wanted as least details as I could left out. A horrible, horrible experience. It had me to tears, I was so pissed off and frustrated. I would not recommend this place to anyone else as long as they have managers who are supposed to be the ones fixing issues but starting the issues and having no regard for the customer or there situation or feelings!
The customer service is horrible. Called for a delivery and the person on the phone was not clear and mumbled everything out. There was a 50% off deal for my apartment complex and everything I ordered was $27, so my total should have been $13.50. But when I received my order, it was $18, and that's without the delivery fee and tax. The receipt isn't even itemized. I called back to clarify what was up with the price and inquired about the cost of each item, and the person on the phone gave me half-assed answers. She didn't even know the menu prices and blamed everything on the previous phone person. 3 stars only because food is decent and the delivery driver was so nice! They could work on the phone customer service. Wouldn't want to get cheated out of your money here.
This is a late review because I attempted to speak to corporate and never got a response back. My Co-worker and I ordered from Toppers on New Years Eve at 0140, we knew it would be busy and there would be a wait, but we were okay with that. We had over four hours left at work and were hungry. At around 0315 my co-worker called Toppers and asked if the pizza was on its way since we know they close at 330, she was assured it was. At 0358 we got a call from the delivery driver asking us if we actually wanted the food we ordered at 0140 “cause it has been a madhouse and she should already be home by now.†My co-worker advised her we did want the food we ordered, and the driver said she would be there shortly. Approximately 10 minutes later the driver shows up and tells us the only item she has from our order is Cinnasticks. After discussing it with the driver we were not given any of the items we ordered and were told to call the store for a refund. When the delivery driver was leaving she stated “Ya'll don't get too hungry.†Upon calling the store a male picked up the phone and stated “We are sorry but we are closed right now.†When my co-worker asked to speak to a manager she was hung up on. When she tried to call back, the phone rang several times, then it appeared that someone picked up the phone and hung it up. We then had to have a friend (that was kind enough to go to the store for us) make sure we got our refund. I understand that it is New Years Eve and things can get a little chaotic however, there is no need for such poor quality of customer service. We were nothing but patient and understanding and when we were trying to correct the issue we were treated poorly and hung up on. This was going to be my first time ordering from Toppers as I am new to the area and I will not be ordering from there again. This lack of customer service is absurd.
