We love THBB first of all. Have been going for years. Yet lately the NA beer selection has gone down hill and last night we went in and wanted wine and the wine selection (sorry) sucks. Why change something that is working. That may halt us from going back. I hope it changes back. Love the staff and the food and everything.
Best burger in NC. Mondo Burger was so tasty. I hope it's on the menu permanently. Buns were toasted and even. It went well with the Hell Yes Ma'am beer. The watermelon salad was great as well. Ample parking but can fill up quickly. Place initially reminded me of getting my car serviced but no complaints.
While I don’t really love a sports bar type atmosphere, the food at THB is really so, so good! We’ve had the [medium rare] fresh tuna salad - that we share - several times, and it never disappoints. The staff is attentive and sweet and always reminds us that they can split it in the kitchen, even when we forget to mention that. Last evening we added the polenta appetizer; what a delicious surprise! While really, really rich, it was super flavorful and the consistency inside...
