Moved in August 2021, and the 1st day I was advised management company was new that day. The worst experience I've ever had renting. It took 4 weeks before I received keys to my mailbox. It's February 20th and my washer and dryer have been broke for 4 weeks. I'm dragging laundry to another open vacant apartment. They act like they're doing me a favor. The management team here is horrific. I think they have a book of excuses they pull from to justify pretty much everything. Some of the agents in the office are extremely unprofessional and will lie to your face about pretty much anything. Avoid this place.

Edit: AVOID LINCOLN MANAGEMENT AT ALL COST! The only one who does any actual helpful work here is the Maintenance guy. I don't know about you, but I usually like treating people kind but apparently the only way to get this management to work with you is by getting angry and demanding they need to fulfill your rights as a tenant. I went into the office to speak to management and was immediately met with attitude and harassment. Then when I FINALLY met them with the same attitude they accused me of “bullying” them. Apparently, they can dish it but not take it. I am a tenant to pays all of my rent on time and who has never caused any issues. My roommates and I are quiet, respectful, and take care of our apartment. All we ask for is an apartment with working fire alarms and a working oven. After realizing that I wasn't getting far speaking with management because all they did was yell at me and curse at me (the manager may be the most unprofessional of all), I decided to take it to Google. After sending them this review and stating to them that it is my right as a tenant to withhold rent until I have working appliances and FIRE ALARMS, they finally decided that they needed to work with me instead of threatening and harassing me. It’s almost miraculous how quickly they fixed things after their name was being smeared on the Internet. It’s not OK for a management company to cause grief and strife within their residents that oblige all of the rules of their contracts and lease. They are supposed to be professional and helpful. I’ve also spoken with many other residents who’ve had the same experience with them. They too have been met with threats, attitudes, and unprofessional behavior from the office staff. So long as Lincoln management is in charge of this building, STAY AWAY. Many of us are just waiting for our leases to be over so we can get out of here and not have to deal with them anymore. It doesn’t matter how many cupcakes and donuts you try to provide your residence when they are served with attitude and disrespect. Maybe that can fool some young residents who are looking for social gatherings, but not residents who want a peaceful and respectful place to live.

As long as Lincoln Property Company is managing this site, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY. After speaking with many residents and comparing experiences, it’s clear the management company is completely unprofessional. They clearly don’t know a thing about the law, resident management, and common courtesy. They often resort to threats and forms of intimidation and expect the residents to fold under pressure. Imagine overpaying for an apartment with non-working utilities, fire alarms, and unkept premises. Legit sent a noise complaint notice WITH EVICTION THREATS TO AN ENTIRE FLOOR OF 100+ RESIDENTS without determining the proper source. Literally, every time you walk the grounds, you can see dog p*** and trash. Absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. Perhaps hire a staff that actually knows what they’re doing and actually uses common sense when speaking to RESPONSIBLE residents.

This is an extremely nice location however we brought it to the bartenders attention that we were charged the incorrect price for our Bud Lights and he told us the menu prices were incorrect. One if you have a price listed on your menu you need to honor it or have a sign with the corrections. We asked him to honor the price and he said "No I cannot."Hence the 1 star.

Great place to make home. Minutes from shopping and nature trails. The Admin was exceptional to work with. Kory was great and helped make my transition seamless. Her knowledge, professional attitude, along with her friendly demeanor were a pleasure. Look no further make Trilogy Chapel Hill your home!

We miss going to the movies, but have started to get take-out from Trilogy. The cheeseburgers are prepared to order, the chicken wings have great flavor (not buffaloe, but an excellent j*** flavor), and the shrimp bites were also good. Our biggest complaint is that there is no online or telephone ordering - you have to go to the bar in person and wait (though not very long - maybe 10 minutes). The space is large, and there are very few people there at any time, so that is not an issue. Second issue is the amount of packaging. On the plus side, everything is well packed and travels well. On the down side there is way too much plastic (including the hard plastic carrying bags). This is not new, but an ongoing complaint.

A group of us go out after work every 5-6 weeks and we try to find the best deal for our money. Trilogy advertised 1$ Prosecco and half off small plates on Thursday nights. So for the past few times we have gone there. This past Thursday was no exception, however when we arrived they had discontinued the 1$glass of Prosecco and replaced it with a 5$ Martini. The server informed us of this as we started giving our order. So several of us ordered the martinis listed on the menu (there are 3 listed) and we ordered the half price small plates. When the bill came the drinks were twice the price that we thought they were. We questioned the server about the reason and he told us " you didn't order the 5$ martinis, you ordered the 10$ ones". However he never told us that there was a "different" price! This is exactly why we will not go there again!!!

Friendly bar staff. The espresso machine was down and they couldn't link to add points on your rewards account. You have to go to the service desk for that. Even then, I didn't have the correct receipt. It's a headache when there's a long line. You can't do t over the phone or on line so you're forced to wait if you want your points. The family bathroom in the restaurant/bar area was filthy. There was a table with several bad kids running around and screaming for half the meal so that wasn't very nice. The food itself is very good. The menu is the same as what's inside the theater itself. You can always order in there and have it sent to your seat if the concession line outside is too long.
