We enjoyed banana, mango, and green smoothies. The chicken flatbread was a good choice for my toddler. The restaurant is kid-friendly, and the staff was very friendly to my 4-year-old son when he made his special order and learned how to order and pay using a pin pad.

I’ve gone to this location twice since I moved to the area. The first time, the wrap I ordered through the app was actually entirely burnt to a black crisp and was obviously inedible. I reached out to customer service via their online contact form and they were able to refund me within a week. The second time, the wrap and smoothie I ordered online did not start to get made until I arrived at pick up time. The only employee there obviously had a lot going on so I don’t fault her. However, the smoothie was not drinkable because it was 95% ice (texture) and had no flavor, the sausage and egg wrap I ordered literally had freezer bitten sausage inside, completely still frozen, and also freezing cold eggs, as if the wrap never got warmed up. It all went straight to the trash as I had my daughter with me both times and did not have time to wait for a new order. I reached out via the online contact form again hoping for a refund a month ago, and have not heard back. I even sent a second email over a week ago hoping someone could address this, still no word. It’s absolutely unacceptable to be serving food that can’t be eaten and then ignoring customer complaints.

I ordered the chicken Ceasar wrap and the lettuce must of got toasted a lot this time because the lettuce had that slimey look to it and so did the spinach. This is not the first time I have received my wrap in this way. It ruined the whole wrap. Then to add to that their were no croutons in the wrap and that’s my favorite part. The wrap was barely folded up to hold the ingredients inside. I hate to leave these reviews because I’ve worked in fast food but I tried calling the store to tell them and no one is picking up. The call just got ended after it asked for a code after ringing numerous times.

The watermelon mojito smoothie was almost flavorless, which is a shame because it was expensive. I’d recommend going to Purple Bowl instead!

Atmosphere 3 because it’s kind of like a school cafeteria. Not that inviting - but yes clean!

I’ve been going here the past few months and haven’t had a bad experience yet! The place is clean, order is always correct, and great service. Every time I go by, the same lady is always working (I believe her name is Rachel), she’s super sweet and always makes my day! :)

Ordered a Chicken Ceaser Wrap for pick up- as I started eating I realized there was no chicken- called the restaurant to check why and the answer I was given was a simple "yeah we do not have any chicken"....When I then asked if there was not an option to sub out the item since I just received a wrap with lettuce and sauce I was told "no there was no option to sub it out sorry for the inconvenience" and the was the end of the discussionI spent $11 for a less then adequate lunch item- It would been nice to be given a call a substitute the order for something of equal or lesser value ....needless to say I will not be ordering from this location again which is sad as they are within walking distance to me. The response I received was disappointing to say the least.

I was excited to try the new açaí bowls, but I received no granola on my bowl even though I ordered a regular açaí bowl. There was also no signage about the fact that they only accept exact change for cash payments. That made it very frustrating when I had to pay and I’m sure it is frustrating for others that want to pay with cash. Please have signage about that next time.

The bathrooms were literally DISGUSTING! Crap splattered all over in both, no paper towels or toilet paper was a lovely cherry on top, they were out of all açaí bowls, not to mention the employee was rude. I get maybe having a bad day but she didn’t make eye contact or look up at us once and the smoothies were so overpriced for what they ended up tasting like. We waited about 35 minutes to get 2 big smoothies and a child’s smoothie. I will probably never be back. Purple bowl is a local spot and it’s right down the road.3/10

I went in to order a smoothie and there register card machine wasn't working and so I couldn't get service when I told them I had no cash. Bad service, should have offered something else. Considering how they said in front of me that they compted the last person's order.
