Tropical Smoothie Cafe

If you are wanting to come get something, you have to get with the times and order online. I waited 15+ minutes just to have my order taken (which never happened) just to decide to pull out my phone and order online. My order was made in about 5-10 minutes from the time I ordered, placed out in the cubby, and I still was not spoken to by the one employee there aside from the initial “it’s going to be a while” greeting upon entering the establishment. Don’t get me wrong, the food was acceptable. I got a bowl, that was already made, that just had the toppings added. So no complaints there. It’s just unfortunate that the establishment does not have sufficient staff to run the business at any given time, or that they are just trained to prioritize online orders over people standing in their lines.
This is not an attack of the employee there, who was working diligently, it is a reflection of the companies values as a whole though. Such a shame.

The smoothies are good here. The acai berry boost is amazing. The staff and sense of urgency is another issue in it all. Not to mention how warm this place is needs A/C it gets tons of sunlight in here.

Only two employees working and need more help. They were super busy. Wait was long due to not enough help. Employees looked exhausted. And they should hire some employees.

Today was my first day visiting. I got to meet Alyssa. I also got a job. There are some pretty excited to get started. I can’t wait to try your smoothies and food next time I’m there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Tropical Smoothie Cafe. The Baja Chicken Wrap was delicious. Alyssa was very knowledgeable about the menu which made it helpful for our first time at Tropical Smoothie Cafe.

I love this Tropical Smoothie Cafe location. They make the best smoothies. That açaí bowl is my favorite and I love the island green smoothie.
