Couldn’t order non-alcoholic drinks or food based on how busy it gets, so not a sober friendly place. Just extremely disappointing considering how nice the ambience it is. Would not recommend.

Pretty good food/wine, unfortunately terrible service. Online system is almost always down. Sandwich orders are a constant wild card, they often mess them up. Long wait times highly possible. I always ask the staff downstairs if they have my order in the system. With that said, the seating is lovely and the food is usually nice.Vegetarian options: No veg proteins outside of cheese. I have accidentally been served meat twice.

I love sandwiches and theirs were spectacular. So many options and mine added up to $11, filled with the most delicious toppings. Anyone would be able to create a combo they love. It was easy to order on their website and the inside had a lot of seating with lounge seats as well.

Beautiful place to have a quiet dinner. The staff was amazing and supportive.To the owners/management: The point of sale scheme ya'll have going on is something else. The menu changes based on how busy the kitchen and bar are, items just disappear.This is a sandwich shop at a bar guys. As an engineer I can appreciate automating inefficient processes, I was overjoyed the first time a server came to my table with a handheld p.o.s. system. A QR code to get the menu? I can deal with that.What you have going on here should change. You have great staff, a gorgeous space, an excellent location, sandwiches, and nice drinks. But you've sullied it with an inane ordering system and absentee management.Should be an easy fix! Innovation always gets push back, at a minimum if you're going to push boundaries have a manager on the schedule during weekends to smooth over the situation.

You won't see my food in the pictures because I had to take it to go and eat it in the car. I will say my sandwich was delicious though, but they apparently lost my original order or gave it to someone else. There were 3 of us on our "ticket" - you scan a QR code and order from your phone and you include info on where you are sitting. My beer came out speedy, but my husband's only made it to him after our friend went up and asked about it (that was our second attempt, first time we asked a server walking by). My husband and son's food came out in a normal amount of time and at least 45 minutes later and after asking 3x mine still had not arrived. So we finally got someone to help, who gave me a paper menu to check off my original order and then she asked the kitchen to make mine first. At that point everyone we were with was finished their meals and we had somewhere to be so I just ate my food in the car. Seems like a cool spot, and maybe we just got unlucky, but it doesn't seem like their ordering and serving process is working well.

Cozy, warm atmosphere with sofas and warm lighting. Nice seating and tasty sandwiches.Biggest problem was ordering— when inputting credit card information, you can’t see your card information while typing and on some devices you can’t place the order and the website won’t tell you why you can’t place an order. It was frustrating and I had to use a friend’s phone to order.P.S. the chocolate chip cookies are very hard.

It's getting 4 stars instead of 5 because of one huge problem:The website is awful. Please ? please change it. Allow people to pay for drinks at the bar! Hire someone to make a quality website that works on phones. Hell, use chatgpt to help code a better website! Use squarespace! Anything!!!It's truly always a frustrating experience using the website! EVERYONE HATES IT! NO EXCEPTIONS! EVERYONE!Please. I beg you. Change the website.Other than that, it's a great place.

The service is very relaxed and all orders are done via their website, which at the time of this writing, was a nightmare and terrible. However, after only several attempts, we were all able to submit our orders. We were not surprised to learn later, that some of our orders did not come out and we had to re-ordered them; so, bring your patience with you. And no, they do NOT have their own phone application and no, the service people will not take your order.

best sandwich place in chapel Hill so far. my favorite is to get no meat (it s expensive anyway) and to get lots of vegetables (many options). $9 or less gets you a delicious lunch. in the evenings, it is also a great place to get a beer or a cocktail.
