They always forget to give me an extra butter and sour cream after explicitly ordering extra for my sour cream and chive baked potato but this time there was literally no sour cream, the potato was overcooked, and there was no utensils. You might be wondering why I didnt check it before I left, well it was a door dash order to Davis library. So super upset that this happened. ONLY reason I dont give it 1 star is because I do like how its open late since it was 11:30pm. But still super sad! :(

Walk in to get breakfast the women at the counter saw me walk up went to the back and never came back out I stood at the counter for 10 minutes and nobody was there to take my order I walked out and walked to chic-fil a across the parking lot.

Very rude employees and bad customer service. Window was shut in my face twice when I was talking by a gentleman with blueish green hair. The lady taking my order was very rude and I never received a receipt. Food was cold and not fixed properly. I was purchasing some food for an elderly lady and it made her sick. I was told by the gentleman working the window that they were short of help and had a lot going on. He mentioned that they only had two ppl working and they both were stressed out. They could not handle pressure at all. I advise you all to take your business elsewhere. I would’ve gone to Chick fil A had they’ve been opened, they always have great customer service!
