Luke is the kindest employee at this establishment. Customer service is exceptional. I’m seriously contemplating bringing him to my restaurant to be a server. He has the personality that everyone should have that’s in customer service.

Hit the drive-thru around 8ish last night to try the new Wendy's, as we're so glad to have something new on this side of town! Service was polite and professional, food was hot and fresh and correct! Frosty's were on point, as usual! The Wendy's in our area leave A LOT to be desired, I hope this one can get it right and keep it right! Take some pointers from your friends across the street! Employees seemed new and tried their best but mobile app checkout not working + offers displaying as valid at this location on the app could not be applied in store. Seems like a pretty new location so hopefully things will improve over time!
