They didn’t give me a receipt but I’ll make sure to complain to corporate. I went through the drive thru for two frostys. One small regular chocolate one and one of the Oreo fusion frostys. The young lady (back window) taking our order was OD hostile. Her tone was aggressive “chocolate or vanilla” then cut me off saying pull around. Meanwhile my order wasn’t even on the screen, of course everyone checks for their order to be on the screen correctly and to get the price. Anyways I don’t care if you are happy and pleasant. But downright rude is a no go. Ridiculous. I do suggest that young lady get a job at Amazon fulfillment you won’t have to talk to people there.

we order on the mobile app and waited for about 30 minutes. It’s always a lot of waiting time on these Wendy’s. I understand they’re probably under stuff but this supposed to be a fast food restaurant 🙄

My husband and I had coupons, and decided to get some food on Saturday evening. From the moment we stepped in the door until we left, each and every employee and manager was incredibly kind and welcoming. What a beautiful experience 😍
