What kind of restaurant gives random food delivery drivers their customers drinks without any sort of security? You should be putting drinks into a SEALED BAG.

Food was very cold !!! Staff was standing around out front while one crew member went over and just grabbed my food already premade. Poor service and food.

While I been going to Wendy for a while I must say over the past year that customer service has completely disappeared. I've gotten very nasty rude people taking orders, some very incompetent people taking orders and hearing some very inappropriate conversations while waiting at the window, poorly cooked or the wrong food. Longer wait times for simple orders, ask to pull up when no one else is in line. Not sure what has happened at this store but thing must change for a new year...Prayerfully we get better service.

It's okay for a Wendy's. I would say when I went, whoever filled up the sweet tea station filled it with unsweetened tea and vice versa. Also an employee (probably former) was yelling at her manager in the back. I can hear everything. Props to the manager for sounding professional though. Still unprofessional to be hearing all of this while I wait for my meal
