Yopop Frozen Yogurt

This used to be our favorite place for ice cream. My granddaughter loved coming here and we would come at least twice a week. The last two times we were there, they did not treat us well. The first time the female owner got upset because my 3 year old ate a mini M & M before paying for it. Today my granddaughter just tried her ice cream with her tongue and the employee told her that she couldn’t eat it before paying for eat. She just touched the ice cream with her tongue. On the same day while I was having my ice cream a woman with two kids came and asked for a little cup to try a flavor and she was told that they were not giving samples anymore. How sad. And they are asking now for tips when the customer does everything. I am going to be looking for another ice cream place to stop coming here. You should do the same.

Love this yogurt ice cream shop. Very clean and well kept and have friendly staff and owners. But most of all, they have really yummy frozen yogurt ice-cream that are healthier due to probiotics in them . Sooo many toppings to choose from... Their bubble tea also tastes great! I highly recommend this shop.

I love yopop. To day yopop is the best frozen yogurt place in the world is an understatement; Yopop is the best place in the world. Period. If yopop has 10,000 fans, I am one of them. If Yopop has 1 fan, it is me. If Yopop has no fans, I am dead. Go to Yopop.

They served the best black pearl tea in Chapel Hill. The trick is to order your black pearls with sugar-free black tea in order to taste their fresh tapioca. The best part of it all is their freshly and daily prepared black pearls, none of those overnight stuff!

Pay per weight, can get expensive if you don't watch it. Got a pretty big bowl for about 6.50. . . don't know why they ask for a tip tho... I did everything myself.

Friendly people, posters are a little weird lol. Great place, I go there often. Large selection of toppings.

Dietary restrictions: Fat free, dairy free, and low sugar options. However, there is chances for cross contamination in the toppings section as there isn’t really an adequate separation between each topping.

The woman working here does not want to come out of the back to help you at all. And we had to wait for her to clean the whole store before she would unlock the bathroom for us to pee.

I love this place to bits. Between here and sweet frog I'd pick these spots over ANY ice cream shop anytime. It's refreshing, delicious, and you get what you pay for... Literally. So load up as many toppings as you can and enjoy whatever you can cram in your cup that puts a smile on your face.
