I absolutely love yogurt mountain and I love this place too!!! The frozen yogurt is actually really good. And they have great topping options and they're fresh. Place is really clean and workers were so sweet!

The woman working here does not want to come out of the back to help you at all. And we had to wait for her to clean the whole store before she would unlock the bathroom for us to pee.

I love this place to bits. Between here and sweet frog I'd pick these spots over ANY ice cream shop anytime. It's refreshing, delicious, and you get what you pay for... Literally. So load up as many toppings as you can and enjoy whatever you can cram in your cup that puts a smile on your face.

$12 for one cup of ice cream for one child. No topping. They did not show me how they charge the ice cream. Did they charge 35% tip without my permission? Other bubble tea shops always show the fee and tip before they charge it.

Oh wow. Yopop is not the place to go. I went in with my children, excited because it was my first time going and I had heard great things! I was very disappointed my experience. Firstly, the yogurt was powdery and not good at all - clearly very artificial. But even then I was not discouraged. The toppings were being refilled when me and my kids were putting some on and the poor girl working got screamed at in another language by the owner. All for the small mistake of forgetting to put the serving spoon back in the toppings. And when I say screamed at I mean SCREAMED at. The girl working then tried to give me a discount for the uncomfortable situation her boss had put us in, and got screamed at again. There were other customers in the store and I felt so bad for the girl working. Then the owner tried to apologize to us for the scene, but was basically yelling at us too. I decided to get a bubble tea, and was once again disappointed. The drink took a very long time to make and was clearly not authentic bubble tea (it was powdery). Not to mention the toppings were stale and the fruit had been left out far too long. It also smelled like stale milk in the store. I will not be coming back here and I suggest you don't go either!

Yopop is a wonderful place. Yougurt is delicious, fresh and daily made. Also has fresh fruit and lots of toppings to choose. The customer service is 5 stars, very clean and nice to spent a good time with family, friends or even treat yourself alone with the best bubble tea in North Carolina.

Super tasty! Love this place! Employees are always SUPER friendly and they offer free samples :) The place itself is super calm and neat. Love being here and always a fun yogurt plug when you want to get a treat! (sometimes their machines are broken, but they typically have all of the flavors available ! Also, they offer vegan and dietary restriction yogurt that is actually pretty good (i don't have any dietary restrictions but i've gotten them before and liked them) a cute place :)

I’ve gone to Yopop since I was a kid and I loved it. Yopop is the BEST for frozen yogurt. Guaranteed fresh yogurt daily, fresh fruit, heavy variety of toppings, as well as all the milk teas being dairy free so everyone can enjoy them? Absolutely delicious.
