Keisha was our server for a work team night and she was incredible. Got all of our order correct even though we all came in at different times and all 11 of us had different drinks with constant refills. Incredible experience, definitely made our time here great.

Lucky strike hosted my nieces 9th birthday which was amazing. Staff was super friendly an made the event enjoyable. The food an bowling was a great time. But overall the staff made it worth going back for. 10 outta 10

The bowling was fine, but the staff was super unprofessional. Had to wait 50+ minutes to check out after we finished our final game. Tried talking to the staff but was given the worst attitude by the manager. She talked to me in the worst condescending tone and said that there was no issue with our service. The fact that she talked to me in such a manner will be the reason I never return.

Run don’t walk! The atmosphere was lively it was like going to a party and the manager Jasyon was AMAZIING!! He was supportive, made sure we was goodt! And the staff you could tell enjoys being there! We will for surely be back soon! Again RUN DON’T WALK GET THERE Y’ALL! Especially on Fridays they have a Dj!
I had a birthday party here for my 13 year old and I mistakenly booked at the wrong location but the team here helped fix the issue asap and the event was a huge success. Big thank you to Darah Alexander, Nakeisha Mix and Tavia Smith! Great customer service, very clean bowling alley and great food.

Thanks for ruining the best alley in Charlotte. Last night was my first and last time bowling on string pins. No pin action. Strings knocking down pins that shouldn’t have been falling. Had high hopes when they changed ownership but they have let me down. Hopefully the money you save with those cheap pins on stings, will make up for business lost.

Yesterday sat 8/09 First-time we visit this place Play was good but we order Some food and drinks.but what the waitress didnt know i was keeping record of what we was consuming and at the time to go and pay she overcharge us 30 dollars in extra drinks we didn't consume. Heads-up lines was very expensive other places line is like 7 dollars here was like 12 per person Goodluck if you decide to visit.i wont ever.

Fix your dang machines! Tired of delay after delay during league play. League fees went up and we received less care. We'll be taking out team somewhere else.
