Avoid this parking garage. Their early bird special only applies if you leave AFTER 3 PM. I was in the garage for 4 hours and it cost me 30 bucks. Never again.
located close to center city a convenient parking deck to get to most things. Bonus easier to get out.
Tight entrance-exit lanes. Nice inside one way up/down lanes so you don’t have to cross other vehicles on tight turns going floor to floor. Easy fast down “twistie” lane on side of building to get to ground floor. Lots of open space even during week days in upper floors. Spaces are not particularly spacious.
Wanted us to show ticket to exit after already entered with the same ticket. This caused a long back up to get out of the garage. I would not recommend.
Machine was broken when I arrived.. Man at the gate told me $10..then I get charged $24...unbelievable.... Wowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww.... Never again
We had a big truck so it was hard for us to get out.
Easy parking. It was a little expensive though, but very convenient.
Most incompetent parking garage in history. Took over and hour to make it down from third floor after a soccer game. NEVER PARK HERE. EVER.

That is how you do business? Showing on the sign $3.00 for first 20mins then charging $10.00 for 16mins? Lady was helping me like: machine says it is 10 so I have nothing to do! Ok, I have nothing to say, you have just did to a visitor, hope you are rich now

Easy and convenient parking in downtown. Charged $10 for parking, for few hours in night.
Outdoor parking. A lot of mud i some areas.
Too expensive
Easy access to BB&T Center and the Overstreet Mall. Slightly crowded during business hours but easy enough to find a space.
