Their customer service line doesn't care and is not helpful at all. Stay far away, this place is a total rip-off.

Walked four blocks to withdraw cash from an ATM late at night. Not a good experience. Plus, whats with the pedestrian access on the car entry and exist road?

Nice place to park, connected to some Jazz Diner. It’s a little confusing getting in and out of but we used ParkMobile and prepaid which made it quick to leave. It’s fairly lit well and seems to be a safe place to park (at least during a concert.)

If you are full time with Wells, this parking could be ofvalue but otherwise it’s expensive. It’s clean and has 5 levels. Have never had to go above the 3rd level ever. Easy elevator access to the Wells Fargo lobby is a plus.

I was very disappointed when the parking charged me $17 per two hours. It says $5 first hour and then each hour $4. That means they charged me 4 hours, instead of 2. I wish there could be someone to clarify or fix it.
