Been wanting try this place for brunch. The service was ok. We waited a while to get a server, but I appreciate the hostess apologizing stating she was busy cleaning tables and forget to tell the server about us. I understand and appreciate the apology. I ordered the shrimp and grits and my food was just lukewarm. Our server asked was everything ok and I stated it would be better if it my food came out hot. She offered to bring me a fresh order. I told her she didn't have to, but she insisted, so I accepted and that new bowl of shrimp and grits was still lukewarm, just a little warmer, but not hot. My level of a hot food may be high, the food just wasn't hot. The flavor was ok. My friend got the greens and wings and found them to ok.

Incredible vibe! I would recommend this to anyone wanting to enjoy great food, great drinks and incredible service. Our waitress, Mo, was on point from start to finish!

It was a quiet Wednesday night dining experience. The service was really good and very prompt. The food was exquisite and delicious. I normally don't pasta that's spicy because sometimes the spice is overdone or the sauce is too soupy. However that was not the case. It was the right mixture of sauce and seasoning. Ithink it was the manager or owner there I kind of wish he would have introduced himself or spoke about the food. It would have made this a five star review. May I suggest the honey lemon pepper wings for the win!! I will be going back.

Absolutely Loved EVERYTHING!!! Server JOE needs to be recognized, appreciated, given a raise etc. He is the best, so good got his number just to make sure we come ONLY when he is scheduled.. We dropped in for dinner and the food...OMG DAYUM GOODT!!! Driving from Columbia, SC again. tomorrow to try their Brunch... Don's restaurant is a whole vibe!!!

Service was good at the door but when we got ready to pay we was charge the wrong bill which was 156$ we were supposed to pay 188$ so the server came back to us and said she made a mistake with the pay so we tried to tell the lady $32 is what we owe .. she then came back to us and said she was loosing her job and that she was going to have to pay the 188$.we then left but before we could even make it to the car we realized we forgot my wallet on the table .we walked back inside just for them to tell us they never seen a little black wallet . 3 girls was cleaning the table off but no one seen the wallet or the cards .they didn’t want to show us the camera that was pointing at our table ..I will never come back to a place that steals

The waiter was the only good thing about our experience. The grits were like soup, the fish taste old and the collard greens were too salty. The shrimp was good but that’s about it.

Had the pleasure of stopping by for a quick lunch or so I thought. Had a lil wait...but I enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff are really nice...had the chicken and waffles...delish...keep up the good work..definitely will be back next time I'm in Charlotte...

Great place to grab brunch! If you have a large party I would suggest making reservations. I went with a group of 3, we didn’t have reservations but they quickly accommodated us at the bar. The food and service were grea!

I haven't felt this bamboozled in a long time. Based on the prices I was confident the food was going to be delicious, 100% NOT the case! Salmon bites were actually salmon balls made with something out of a can. Flavor was nonexistent, consistency of mush. $21 for bacon, eggs & grits platter. I added a waffle for $10, sigh. Ordered the eggs scrambled w/cheese and received scrambled eggs with unmelted shredded cheese thrown on top. That same unmelted cheese was thrown on top of the 2 scoops of grits thus making them cheese grits. The waffle was cold, chewy and dry. The turkey bacon was over cooked. Added a carafe for $25. They throw in automatic 18% gratuity. The waitresses demeanor was off putting. The total bill was $118 for 2 of us. Obviously no plans to return and wouldn't recommend.
