Awesome little Cuban restaurant, not any wait and the atmosphere was great with live singing and dancing. Ordered a few appetizers and the main dishes were all flavorful and cooked excellently. Highly recommend checking it out for lunch or dinner!

We visited this place last Saturday, everything was great, the food, the live music, the guy who was serving us was very kind when showing us the menu and his very good recommendations, I would come back again

Went here today with my husband. The food is amazing and the actual restaurant atmosphere is pretty cool but the staff needs training. My husband and I were the only people in the restaurant (besides 1 other table) and it took almost 10 minutes before someone came and checked on us to ask us for drinks. Our food came out quick but we ordered alcoholic drinks which we never received (until the end when it was time to pay the food and the manager was kind enough to give it for free - however - you can tell the drinks were made and forgotten). The staff never came and checked on us for refills or anything but instead sat down and chatted and ate themselves. While I don’t mind that they too deserve a break and to eat and relax I do believe they should have still checked on us during the time frame. Our waiter was also the manager btw. It’s a shame we would have loved to come back more but the experience will make this a one time visit.

We had a work group outing of 5 people on Sunday at 6pm. Even though the restaurant said it opens till 9pm, at the time we had our diner, we were the only people there. It looked like the staff all wanted to close and go home early, but I find it very unprofessional and rude to start vacuuming, cleaning, and talking loudly when your customers were still eating, just like you wanted us to leave already when we were literally just served our food 1 min ago. The food was ok, not bad, not good, one of my friends had to get her food remade because it's too salty. Overall, not a good experience. Definitely the first and the last visit.
Food is always excellent, and the service is top notch. Would be five stars, but the prices are a good bit higher than you would've expected.

Great live music, and the drinks are really good.. Our food was cold like it was in the fridge. Couldn't enjoy with the rest of my family. We had to wait for our food to be done over and just take it home. Steak was very tough, but the rest was okay. If my husband and I go back, it would be to sit at the bar and have a drink and an appetizer. The vibe and the energy in there are unmatched.

First I would like to say this used to be my favorite restaurant until the experience of customer service I received tonight was absolutely horrible. I placed a takeout order and I order the vegetarian combo with black beans and rice they messed up my order and just gave me plain rice. I called the restaurant when my husband got back home to ask if I can speak to someone that speaks English because the lady that answer said sorry I don’t speak English. Which got me really upset because you understood take my order and my money but not that you messed up my order you hung up on me and when I call sending my phone to the machine. I want to say that you are very rude! If the owner reads this message I hope you understand how rude it is to not understand your customer concerns. Normally I would not care but I’m pregnant and it was a craving and it’s said you treat customers this way! Please have your employees learn to speak English or try to understand what your customers are ordering and make the orders correctly so this doesn’t happen to anyone else in the future!!! After reading the past few reviews from 4 weeks ago seems to be the trend and I agree with all those reviews. This restaurant is a scam and the food is low quality! I would not recommend to anyone ever again!

I don’t do reviews at all but this one was so bad I had to. Although the food was good they had TERRIBLE service. We got seated by the bar area. Someone came and took our orders for drinks and appetizers. We waited about 30 minutes for our appetizers to come out and no one ever came back to place our dinner order. We waited for almost an hour to place our dinner order but only because we started to say something about it. We then got a different waitress from the first one and instead of her being apologetic she basically tells us that it’s busy and we need to understand that. But after she took our order we turn around and the table that was seated behind us about 20min after we were seated already had their food on their tables!! There was no excuse for that. They also kept forgetting a couple of our drinks. When we voice our concerns they say the manager said they’ll give us a discount and when the checks came, there was no discount so we tell the waitress and she starts laughing in our face asking what the problem was. Their service is terrible and they do not care. One of my friends left their wallet there and they said a manager w the key wasn’t going to be there till the next day 4pm. Someone goes at that time to pick it up and after having him wait in there for about 30 minutes because “it was too busy” they refuse to give it to him. It has now been 3 days since they’ve had their wallet and they refused to give it until the cops were threatened to be called. We spent over $300 in this establishment and that was probably the worst service I’ve ever had in my life

The only reason they’re getting 1 star is because the food was good. However the service was absolutely horrible! We waited 50 minutes just to get our order taken. Drinks were forgetting TWICE. Our server was extremely rude when we voiced our concern on the wait to place an order & she even laughed in our face when we did saying that wasn’t a problem & we needed to understand. Truly unacceptable. Then someone in our party forget their wallet & has been trying to get it back for the past 2 days & this establishment would not give it back to her until she threatened to call the cops on them. Definitely needs better/friendlier employees & managers.
