The food quality was top notch, but I could tell the staff couldn't handle a crowd. There was only a group of 4 ahead of me in line & it took over 30min to receive my burger, onion rings & shake. They had my shake sitting on the counter for 10min before it was given to me. This was a Saturday night, so I don't understand why they didn't have a cpl extra hands bc Sat nights are a busy night for restaurants.

Ordered pickup tonight and had hands down the best burger in Charlotte, order was ready in 15 minutes, still hot when we got home, the fries are incredible the sweet potato tots are always such a sweet addition, cannot say enough good things about this spot. We love love love it.

The “Hangover Burger” I had was terrible! I don’t know what it was but the taste was not right at all, it was dry (Maybe burnt) I spat it out and threw it away as fast as possible. This goes down as the worst burger I’ve ever had, which is really hard to achieve. This will be the first and last time I try this place.

I saw this as a recommendation to eat on CLT Eats IG and had to try. I didn't want to dine in, so I ordered take out. the establishment was clean and plenty of parking at 5pm. I ordered a single patty cheeseburger with fries. Food came out hot and quickly. The burger is pretty good and the fries were also good! Would eat again ~
Only recommendations I would give is for them to come up with a combr order that mentions side + drink. My burger was $7. My fries and drink was separately another $6. I paid $15 for my whole meal

I parked and got out of my car to make a call for work and before heading in; I made a few steps away from the establishment and one of the employees came outside and rudely yelled at me that it was for paying customers only. I proceeded to go inside and place my order and when I left and got back on another work call in the parking lot I was screamed at again by the same women this time threatening to tow my car after I ordered my meal. I would never recommend this type of treatment to anyone, let alone a customer. I would stay away. This is unacceptable!

Awesome burger! Stopped in during our visit to downtown Charlotte and it was a great decision. The burger was very flavorful and juicy! The fries were nice and crispy. Definitely making it a point to stop in again when we come through this area.

I'm usually most excited about the fries from Ace, that is except when they mess up and season them with sugar instead of salt. Overall quality of the food at this location was pretty bad compared to other locations as well.

Skip this location and head to the OG site in Belmont Village. We’ve tried this location multiple times and every single time it disappoints. Burger is always overcooked, any modification for an online order is incorrect, and I don’t think I’ve ever even been spoken to when picking up other than someone tossing a bag and saying “here”. The original location is great, so just take the extra few minutes and head there
