This place is poorly managed. Waited 25 minutes for an appetizer, and had to get the attention of a different waitress to even ask where the food was. Short blonde waitress was clearly overwhelmed, and kept her head down every time she walked by our table. I feel bad for her because there was only 2 servers for the entire restaurant on the night of the CFB National Championship where every table was full. Finally got her attention and we were told we couldn’t order more food because the kitchen was backed up for “over an hour” on tickets. After waiting another 45 minutes for her to come back, we just paid and left because we figured the wait for more food would be longer. No manager on site. Whoever owns and runs this place should be embarrassed, because you’re embarrassing your own employees by setting them up for failure.

I’m quite literally sitting here, watching the Bills game as I type this review. I ordered the chicken salad cesar wrap (pictured) with grilled chicken. It tasted very good and the fries are incredible! The fries are good warm or cold. There’s bar service besides getting drinks from the server and there are specials every day for drinks. Highly recommend coming out for a game if you’ve got the chance. Even if it’s a Panthers game, playoff game, or any other sports game, I think the atmosphere is fun and you’re sure to find some friends when you come.
The bathrooms are clean and stocked with toilet paper. The sinks were a little wet but it’s nothing I have a problem with. I like that they had Bath and Body works soap because honestly, it smells really good.
Our server was Alex, who is a server and a bartender. She is very sweet and does her best to be attentive even on a very busy playoff game night. Hope you get to sit with her or sit at the bar with her! Thanks Alex for always refilling our drinks!
Either way, very good location. In the most walkable part of Charlotte (South End, obviously) and super easy to get to. The rail trail isn’t too far and there are plenty of apartments around here so you have so many options to live and walk to a bar that has great food, plenty of televisions to watch the game, and good service. Highly recommend

This is my first time here and it was the worst experience. It was so freezing cold inside the food. It was OK nothing spectacular but the customer service of the waitress was not what we expected. A nice place like this we had to look for her to get our order taken And when she brought the food that was the last time we seen her for 45 minutes, she never came back to the table even as we were getting ready to leave. We had to look for her to get our check. Overall of nothing else is open. Sure, the food is acceptable, but the customer service is horrible.

Emma is an amazing server and is fantastic under pressure. She's helping out a tremendous amount of people, cleaning, and still giving a 5 star experience during a Panthers playoff game. The Panthers haven't been in the playoffs in over 10 years so the amount of people that turned out is staggering. Excellent server and service and will be back just for her. A+ Well done.

honestly, not the greatest place if you wanna get a drink during the Panthers game because they serviced sucks, they care about tables that have reservations versus the bar you’ll get a 30+ wait when you are waiting at the bar. Not impressed at all.
