I had a very nice day today until I ordered my hotdog and got all the way to the car after walking out of the mall. We went back into the mall and approached the counter. I told him my order was not right, and he said that I could turn around and put it in the trash very rudely. He then told my friend and I that he would have us escorted out of the mall etc. Stay away from this place! I am very angry and my friend was even angrier. All he had to do was remake the hotdogs. She or I never came at you disrespectfully. You put something on her hot dog that she was allergic too (mustard).

Awful stopped by on my lunch break with a friend the guy was super nice we ordered 2 hot dogs. Got all the way back to work realized he had made both of our orders wrong, i would have just eaten it but i have a food allergy and can have mustard. so we go back . The same"nice" guy was confrontational rude. We simply just wanted them remade ... he then proceeded to threaten to call security on us... wow about a hot dog... Please don't go here over priced poor customer service

Ordered a Mecklendog and some lemon pepper wings both were good even though I prefer a mayonnaise based slaw it was still delicious. The wings was very juicy and the lemon pepper taste was there. Customer service was also top tier. Go check them out they are located on the first floor by Dillard's across from kids footlocker!

It's always a pleasure to find a new hot dog spot in town or in the state. Unfortunately more times than not they're a complete disaster. This place is clean and has potential!! But sadly, no one but thought or effort into delivering a halfway decent hotdog. No flat grill, just a tiny rotation device and then they steam. The temperature of the rather large hotdog is room temp at best. They served me cold kraut. no crisp, not heat and the staff could use a bath.

These people got me craving their chillidogs at 9 in the morning. Ugggh!!! I hate that really large dog (weiner) but their Chilli is delicious ?. Located downstairs in the Northlake Mall (not that nasty food court), they are located next to the popcorn shop which is owned by the same people. ? They personally don't have seating but you can sit and eat at the parent seating area which is by the tvs close to the play area. Or just grab and go and eat in your car or when you get home. But don't do like I did and just get one cause you might be back for another one. ?

I was in Northlake mall and ran by this place and I’m glad I did. The customer service was fast and amazing and my wings were 10/10. I also got to try one of the slushees and that was 10/10 too. I got the Strawberry Hennessy Hot wings and they were sooo good and were still hot when I got home. Definitely will be

Their hot dogs are delicious! I had the "Carolina Dog" and that thang filled me up, it was a nice size hot dog. The hot dog to bun ratio was on point. The flavor of all the ingredients came together so well; the slaw, the chili, the mustard and the onions blended so well! I will definitely be back!

They use 100% Nathan's beef hotdog and the meat to bun ratio was nice. You could taste the ingredients in the chili and I never had a dog with slaw but it was good....
