First there was no heat and it was 21 degrees outside but what the heck we were in there already and stuff happens. We were late lunch and there was no one in the place. We were seated and the far left corner last table which i thought was odd since it was a walk for the waitress being the place was empty. When I went to the rest room I figured that out. There was some kind of issue as there was a strong sewer smell in and around the kitchen area. Not to good. If one of had gone before we ordered and received the food we would have left for sure.

I ordered the chicken tender basket and my colleague had the wrap. Figured it would be quick in an out. Tenders were straight from Sysco or the frozen section at Walmart a few doors down. The wrap has the same chicken in it. Maybe we shouldn't have ordered chicken in a pizza joint but none the less if you're going to serve it it should be decent.

31.50 to freeze and lousy food. First and Last for this Place!

The sweet tea had sat too long and was too syrupy to drink, the chicken tenders were overcooked, the fish undercooked, French fries mostly hard and just shy of being burned. The quality of the food was not up to the pricing. They serve seafood but have no cocktail sauce, and were out of lasagna. We used to really enjoy this place, but over the years it has gone downhill. Maybe the pizza and calzones and pasta are still good, but what we had was not worth the cost.

Mozzarella sticks belong at a fast food restaurant actually I’ve had better from fast food spaghetti was lacking luster and the biggest issue is the waitress is extremely rude and hovers she brought me my check and asked if I was done while I was still eating. No wonder this place is slow at lunch time. I won’t be back.

Met some friends there without prior visit. Was the only one there but service struggled while squabbling about the schedule. Food exceeded expectations. Got busy with some concert goers. Whether there for food or drink would sit at the bar.

Friendly and professional staff, nice quiet atmosphere during lunch hours. The pizza is some of the best I have ever had! I highly recommend Alpha Omega Grill and Pizzaria!

I randomly found this place sometime last year because the place I wanted to go originally was closed for the day. I've been living in Charlotte for a decade now and I'm not sure how I hadn't found this place sooner. Every time I've gone there the food has been great. And the staff has always treated me in an excellent manner. About two months ago, they got my order wrong so when I went back in there to ask for the correct order, not only did they make it right, but they did so for free. I would recommend this place to anyone who's willing.

Hasn’t changed in the last two years. Starting to think that the only known seasoning here is salt. Inedible pizza, sandwiches, french fries… I just haven’t had anything good here.

Good service, terrible food.

Save yourself the pain and just don’t. Lots of red flags here.

We went here before a concert at the PNC. The place is literally 3 minutes from the venue and in a busy plaza it should be PACKED! It was empty.

The server was sweet but it’s not her fault the place was not up to par. We walked in and smelled a sewage smell that was masked by the air freshener that’s right in front of the door. My son said it smelled like their grease traps needed attention. Also, they had drain flies or fleas in the restaurant at the table coming from the booth seat. I killed like 5 and my son killed 15 ish on the table!

We couldn’t stay any longer and everyone lost their appetite. It’s the first time I’ve ever walked out of a restaurant. We did offer to pay for the drinks which they graciously said no. We left itchy and feeling gross. Reading all the other 1 star reviews, they aren’t lying. Idk about the food since we never got to eat it.

Nastiest pizza I've ever eaten in my entire life and I'm 58 years old. No flavor, skimpy toppings, rushed and thrown together. I paid my hard earned money for this trash. I would not return. Zero stars. To management, pay attention to your takeout orders, whoever makes the pizza to go at night needs help. Horrible!!

Just left the restaurant, decided to order the Deluxe Philly Cheesesteak. Spent $35 for 2 Deluxe Philly Cheesesteak, got home ready to eat & the cheesesteak had no steak, we had to take the steak off one side of the sandwich to make 1 full half sandwich. The fries were so burnt, we might as well order beef jerky with the meal! Will not be back! Should have went with our 1st choice,
The Cheesesteak Factory!
