Why is the chicken tender sandwich on the menu if you cant order? Slow service

This was the 2nd time I ordered a Philly and it was messed up. On the ticket it said no bell peppers and no mushrooms. I am highly allergic ti mushrooms and I bit into my sandwich and it was mushrooms and had an allergic reaction. My wife ordered a 4 piece tenders tossed in lemon pepper sauce and they were plain. When I brought it back to the store the cook proceeded to call me an explicit name and stare me down. I must say that this location isn't an establishment that I would recommend to order from.

This place is extremely unprofessional. I work in the medical field and I passed here on my break… I placed an order over the phone for pick up and I specifically asked for a 10 piece all flats combo extra crispy with a sprite. When I arrived in the restaurant at 9:30pm to pick up my order it wasn’t done correctly and I asked them to remake the meal, the man at cash register said he cannot remake it and it wasn’t rung up as crispy. I told him well let me place another order and he said I couldn’t. What type of customer service is that? This is ridiculous I will definitely be contacting corporate.

i usually love this place. They always put enough sauce on my wings. But tonight, tonight i don’t really know what you call this. It’s so dry i can’t eat it without a damn drink or i’ll choke. come on american deli you can do better.!!

I absolutely love this place! The food is sooooo good! I always order the philly cheese steak and wings combo, mild wings sauce. I add on fries, they even have fry seasoning! Drink and ranch included. Service is fast, staff is professional, food is fresh! They cook it right in front of you! Definitely the best place in Charlotte!

Never eating here again!! My stomach has been messed up all night and this morning farting left and right and having diarrhea the health inspection score is really low I knew I shouldn’t have ate here smh ! Food was dry and rushed I had the fish combo with the chicken tender combo

I love their wings, but the service is horrible. I placed An order for pickup at 5:35 for 30 wings they told me 10-15 minutes I gave them 20 because I know they’re usually a little busy so I gave them some extra time. I get there 5:55 Gave them my order number and Was waiting because it wasn’t ready. My number was 168 People come in after me placing their order and getting their meals before me I watched them put out like 10 orders of wings. They’re up in the 180s with order numbers and she still hasn’t called my order. I went back to ask if she called my number and I missed it and she goes no It’s coming now. Proceeds to go back and say something to one of the guys there and start laughing and leave me waiting like another 10 minutes. I ended up getting my food at 625 50 minutes after I placed the order. It’s a shame because their wings are good, but I won’t be going back

I finally found a place that sells lamb shrimp or chicken over rice with white sauce and salad on the side. There chicken wings are good. They say NY style not quite but close to home

I always come here for my pregnant boss at least once a week while on the clock. I arrived today for a call in order and as usual no issues with the call in. But the woman with an attitude most days is always rude she works the front at the register and she is never nice. I never pay any attention because it’s not my food and I just want to get back to work. But today this lady had a very nasty attitude even worse than before and I couldn’t ignore. I asked for extra dipping sauce and I paid, I asked for more sauce and my drink and I guess I asked far too much. But I’m the one paying, I asked for my drink and then here comes the even bigger attitude presenting itself. After her being very rude and snatching my food then she proceeded to turn her back and started to use her phone. I simply asked excuse me ma’am can i speak to a manger or team lead. She turned around, rolled her eyes and put a French fry in her mouth and said “ no he not here”. I asked when will he be back so that I may speak to him, her response “ i don’t know I said tomorrow”. This was very rude and not to mention, eating in front of customers, using cellphone at work in public view, snatching food and not to mention the constant attitude. This is beyond ridiculous, it’s always something here, last time I came she had her daughter working the front register with her as she is assisting customers and she still had the nerve to have bad at customer service and eating at the register and bagging customers order. So independence Blvd in Charlotte American Deli has an employee that has bad customer service, and cook to order food and no manger or team lead on duty . Now you wonder why they health score is LOW….. Looking for independence American Deli store manager assistant manager , team lead and shift lead because they are no where to be found and the customer service is bad. Don’t EAT HERE EVER!!! They need to do something about this or just close permanently.

I usually would not bother but this is probably the 3rd time I’ve been to this location and keep in mind I go there VERY often because it’s close to my home.. that I’ve sat in the waiting area and my food is ready and I have to personally go to the cashier and ask is that my order sitting there & each time it’s YES . Meanwhile , people who’s coming behind me is getting their numbers called. While my food sits there until I get up and ask if that’s my order . Needless to say , I won’t be going back to this location . I’d rather drive 20 minutes to the other location . It’s very frustrating especially when I call ahead .
