I ordered food for myself and my mom, going to two different locations. They mixed up the orders, and when I asked them to fix it, I watched the cook repackage the same food and even use her fingers to move rice from one plate to another to correct the order. That is completely unsanitary and unacceptable.
I refused the food and asked for a refund. When I spoke to the manager, his only response was, We refunded your money. Yes a refund that takes 2–3 business days to go back on my card, which means my money is tied up because of their mistake. I still had to go somewhere else and spend more money just to get food.
The whole situation was rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. After this experience, I think I’m done eating out.

What a horrible place to dine at I walk in for an online order The guy has one customer before me handles her order but doesn't even look up acknowledge me talk to me or nothing it's called customer service he left me there for 3 minutes before he even looked at me and then I have to say hello so he wasn't even going to acknowledge me at all until I acknowledged him I'm the customer is called customer service I'm not saying the customers always right but you can say something to me if you want my business. I wouldn't go here if you're expecting anything but subpar food.

Today I experienced a racism joke from a employee at the American Deli on Wilkinson Blvd the Chinese employee with the glasses he’s a male he made a comment about my food being a big back meal and was all that for me so I had a altercation with him because I felt insulted because that big back meal was for my two daughters and I’m a single parent and black on top of that it’s already set to be hard for me to have employees attacking me while taking my money is insane the altercation allowed a customer that was Latino to also engage in the altercation and disrespect me like I had no feelings when the employee should have just did his job. I spend a lot of money with American Deli and to experience a situation like that with so much going on around the world I’ll take my money to a better restaurant that has respect for me and not just my money.
