Staff is always on point especially the young lady That's been there for a while she works the register I don't know her name but she's always on point and always friendly and helpful
First of all talk about the atmosphere was very unclean. It was a lady in front of me and the cashier took her order, and when she got done, she walked away which left me standing there for for about five minutes. Other cashier took my order and I ordered them a fish sandwich so as I was waiting for my order, I was just looking at my surroundings the floors were not cleaned.
Everything about this American deli is stellar. Service feels like family service as the workers are very friendly. One of the workers jokes as if we were cousins. Lol food is always cooked fresh to order. I have 3 favorite American deli. 2 in Charlotte one in Rock hill and this one is definitely in my top two. Next time I will take a picture of my delicious hot honey wings well done extra crispy, I always get!
