I absolutely love American Deli’s food. Unfortunately, the one closest to me is on Beatties Ford Rd. The 1 time I went in there it was nasty and dirty. The food was nothing like the one on Wilkinson Blvd. And N.Tryon. My DoorDash will not allow me to order from anyone but on Beatties Ford Rd. There are never any cars there. I honestly thought it was a front for something else. I miss the food, but oh well!

We’re visiting from out of town and thought we’d try something new and different. I was mainly interested in the gyros. When we got to this location it reminded us of a Church’s Chicken. The restaurant was orderly but the floor boards were dingy and dirty reducing the whole experience. We were greeted with the news that they only had fried food available because they didn’t have someone to manage the other grill?? We should have left then but decided to go ahead and try the wings and fish. We took our food to go. The cashier was helpful and responsive to request. The food was very much a disappointment. We paid $40 and every single wings was overcooked. The fish was okay, not seasoned. The fries were salt less and some were overcooked. Overall very disappointing and a waste of money, we will not be back to any locations likely.

Doesn't go by operating hours. Never have anything in stock. No rice, salad only chicken really.. certain days where they make the Phillys. They pick and choose the days they want to make the things on the menu

I ordered shrimp fried rice, and the rice was dry and burnt. I don't even like wasting food, but it was so nasty that I threw it away. Also, panhandlers sit in front of the building begging ridiculously. Overall, it was just a bad experience.

Health Dept. score of 91 and you can see how dirty this location is with a drunk outside the door begging who then came inside the restaurant and begged that they did tell him to stop or get out...and I had my granddaughter with me...NEVER AGAIN

This is by far the worst ever restaurant in the city of Charlotte. Probably the state! They are very ghetto, slow, NEVER follow simple instructions. I would not go to this American Deli at all. Stay far far away from it. They don't even have phone numbers to their stores. That alone shows how much they care in regards to customer service. Very, very bad.
