If I call my order in I expect it to be ready when I arrive. Waiting until I get there to drop fries is insane. Who the hell wants fries scolding hot out of grease ! I would’ve ordered when I got there if that’s what I wanted.

Food is amazing ngl and I’m pretty picky, but the place is kinda cold I wish they kept it warmer if you wanna dine in. Also takes a long time to get your food but u mean it’s worth it

The cashier was very rude. We were told they were out of fries but were not allowed to substitute anything else, even though we ordered a combo. There was a bad attitude and zero effort to accommodate the situation. Customer service definitely needs improvement. The cooks did a good job and made sure the order was correct, because the cashier was unprofessional and smacked her teeth at us during the interaction.
