Food is great just the people that works there. First off get your customer services skills up, learn how to talk to people, I am spending money with y’all. Customers are first. Whoever works at the front is rude and nasty, even when I came to pick my food up he still was nasty when I approached him with the situation I am a female not a male. You will not talk to me any type of way I am human as well. Marvin is the cashier at the UNIVERSITY LOCATION. I’m the wrong person to play with sir. I calls corporate on people.

Ordered a 6 piece wing combo. They gave me the wrong order which caused confusion and a delay. Customer who ordered 10+ mins after me were in and out while I still waited and asked multiple times where my food was?! After pressing them they finally had my order 25 mins later. I am HIGHLY PISSED!!

This American Deli hits different. The staff here are super friendly and chill—it’s the kind of place where you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. You can tell they care about the food and the people.

One of the best things? You get to add your own spice to the fries. Whether you want them just a little seasoned or full-on fire, it’s all up to you. And when it comes to sauce? They do not hold back. Every wing is coated just right—no dry bites here.

The wings themselves? Perfectly cooked. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and always hot and fresh. Every flavor I’ve tried has been on point.

Ordered food on 04/01/2025 around 8:30pm arrived before 9pm. The doors were locked. I called waited until 9:07pm. They refused to answer the phone along with answering the door. As I was walking back to my vehicle I seen employees sitting outside in a vehicle eating my exact order. Before spending hard earned money please consider the lack of professionalism along with the lack of care for the business. If this was your establishment would you be happy with your employees behaving in this manner.
