Terrible wings were old and nasty will never eat there again. I am visiting from Atlanta and wanted some some wings and seen the American Deli and decided to stop wrong decision. Nothing like the American Deli like I am use to in Atlanta.

This store has horrible service, I was here at 11 when they opened and didn’t get my food until 11:50. Nothing was hot , not the grill or the fryers. The customer service guy was rude and on his phone on TikTok most of the time , didn’t give any updates or anything. He just stood there playing with a water bottle and scrolling on his phone , we could hear the videos from the lobby. Ppl were asking for refunds. This store need to be supervised, this little boy got mad at me for telling him he has poor customer service and threatened to fight my husband. We have children his age, these new generations aren’t raised well and shouldn’t be in this type of environment. So disrespectful, I told him he should have apologized for the wait and explained why we were waiting so long. He said he doesn’t have to, he needs to be fired. I’m so glad I wasn’t having a bad day because my military husband was gone quietly solve the issue real fast. But honestly going to jail over fries is insane so yeah I deescalated the situation.

I ordered lunch with a colleague from work. I didn't want to order from there because of my last visit in the location when the cashier was rude with a take it or leave it attitude. Today my order came up to about $32. It was two wing and fry combos. I paid extra for flats on both orders and did not get flats. There were about three flats in each order. When I called back I was told there was an order before mine that took all the flats. What does that have to do with my order? That was not my problem, more flats should have been cooked, I paid for flats. Instead of hanging up on me she sits the phone down and leaves me there. Today just further assured me that I will never spend my money there again. I ordered lemon pepper wet wings but they were no longer hot, just tough and soggy. Horrible experience. Save your time and money. I didn't even eat it. $32 dollars in the trash. And please stop selling kool-aid and calling it lemonade. Straight garbage.

The food is fine. Tastes like most other decent places that serve fried foods. However, if you order through a third-party app like UberEats, this place does NOT follow instruction. They also don’t properly list their items’ ingredients. I’ll select ‘no mayo’ for my sandwiches, but they will ALWAYS put extra mayo. Also, it just lists lettuce and tomato as toppings, but they also add onion and pickles—which I don’t want. This location’s food is regular, but they do NOT listen. Go someplace else.

I love this place , but that young lady that work the front register is so rude and unpleasant. She sways have an attitude and make you feel as if you’re a problem to
her. I have seen it multiple times.

I have to find another location (when I'm visiting my friend). The food is mediocre. The lady at the register needs to get a new job or a new life. Her attitude is very bad. She doesn't appear to be a people's person.
Also, the cooks are lazy.
Hire a new team.

I’ve been here three times at night and the cashier which I was told is the night manager has a nasty attitude. Each time I came here I was greeted with her attitude.

The lady at the front counter on Saturday, Jan 4th around 5:30 /6:30 pm was very rude and unprofessional. She also got the order wrong. We won't be spending our money at this location or any others. I would give less than 1 star if it were available. Do better!

I ordered some wings for my Baby Shower which were great by the way. The young lady at the counter was very rude when I walked in asked for my order. She pushed my order towards me as if I could have grabbed it myself. (Free Game?)Anytime I came to American Deli the employee usually opens up my platter to ensure that it is was what I ordered. This is the second time I’ve had this issue at the same location.

Food was not good, my wings did not have season, the season did not stick to the wings, the grilled chicken on salad did not look or taste like grilled chicken it was shredded and appeared to have a barbecue look, fries were cold, chicken tenders were dried out and looked burned

Closed 20 minutes early and the employees stood there behind the glass like it was nothing… then went to a 2nd location, also closed 20 minutes early… BOTH locations could’ve served an order and continued to add to their daily profit. it is extremely unprofessional to close multiple locations early, especially that early.
