I ordered some wings for my Baby Shower which were great by the way. The young lady at the counter was very rude when I walked in asked for my order. She pushed my order towards me as if I could have grabbed it myself. (Free Game?)Anytime I came to American Deli the employee usually opens up my platter to ensure that it is was what I ordered. This is the second time I’ve had this issue at the same location.

Food was not good, my wings did not have season, the season did not stick to the wings, the grilled chicken on salad did not look or taste like grilled chicken it was shredded and appeared to have a barbecue look, fries were cold, chicken tenders were dried out and looked burned

Closed 20 minutes early and the employees stood there behind the glass like it was nothing… then went to a 2nd location, also closed 20 minutes early… BOTH locations could’ve served an order and continued to add to their daily profit. it is extremely unprofessional to close multiple locations early, especially that early.

If you say you close at 9:30 you should be taking orders and answering the phone until 9:30. I Called the store from 9pm until 9:25 they pick up don’t say anything and hang up!! You could at least say you not taking anymore orders. This service sucks you should just say you close at 9. I Got there at 9:15 open sign off and not taking anymore orders…

Trash don’t listen and don’t know how to make a order correctly
On 3/17 at 6:05pm I called to place an order for pick up. I called 5 times and I am convince that they must’ve had the phone off the hook on purpose. I was attempting to place my order prior to arrival. I arrived at 6:21pm to order in person only to be told that their kitchen was closed as they turned the lights off while I was standing there but their restaurant hours said that they were opened until 7pm. This was one of the rudest customer service experience I have had.

The men in the store were swamped! They all were very courteous and got the orders in and out. My kids and I loved the wings and fries! My little girl enjoyed her salad with extra cheese! Will be back soon.

Terrible. I ordered and paid for a 3-piece and got a 2-piece. Fries are not cooked all the way. Waste of time and money. Never again. Lesson learned.

I ordered the burger, wings and fries combo with honey hot wings, fried hard, wet and lemon pepper sprinkle.I also got a 10 piece lemon pepper made the same way. My fries were hot, the burger was good, and the wings banging.Got me wanting to run back there today.Good bang for your buck.

It’s just crazy to me, that 50% of the time I come here and order, I get told we don’t have it. Charged my card today, only to tell me, yall don’t have my sandwich. No sorry , no anything.
